While driving consumer's vehicle was rear ended, and ithit the vehicle infront. Upon impact, both air bags did not deploy.driver sustained head injuries and facial cuts, and was transported by ambulance to the hospital.the vehicle was totaled.
The contact owns a 2007 eclipse attitude ak25 (na).while driving 5 mph, the hitch failed which caused the trailer to fall.there is a recall for the trailer hitches (nhtsa campaign id # 07e044000) however; the contact stated that she did not receive the recall notice.the vin, mileage, number of cylinders and engine size were not applicable.
All of the original rims are bent due to normal road condition wear. Dealer and manufacturer have been notified. Feel free to provide any further information.
