Deployment was violent, causing first degree burns to face/chin/wrist during collision.
Consumer rearended a vehicle and the airbags did not deploy. The seat belt restraints retracted, but owner received injuries to neck and shoulders.dup of 815028, added on 25-feb-98.
Vehicle involved in an accident, hit on the driver's side and the air bag did not deploy. The bumper was sheared completely off.vehicle not seen by adjustor.
While driving about 10 mph rear ended another vehicle, and air bag did not deploy without a prior warning.
Frontal collision impact 12:00 position speed 25 mph, air bag did not deploy on driver side.tt

While traveling 60 mph on freeway, another vehicle turned directly in front which resulted ina high speed impact. Neither dual air bags deployed upon impact. Please describe details.
Vehicle cut in front to make right turn, hit vehicle on passenger side, driver hit steering wheel column with knee and leg, air bag did not deploy.
No deployment of drivers air bag in accident, causing injury.

'93 mitsubishi diamante. Bought in '98 has smoked after idling at stops for years and i thought it was normal for this make and have found that a lot of mitsubishi's have the problem also and would like to know the cause.mechanic's say new engine is needed, but new cars also smoke?compression is good so what is the underlying problem?also will not pass deq which is illegal to drive with that much smoke!

I am having problems with my braking system.i had my brakes fixed in february 2001, it is now 10/2001 and i have had the brakes replaced again.i am a safe driver and do not drive dangerously or wreckless.i do not understand how wear and tear occured so quickly.my front end vibrates vigorously while breaking.stopping several feet past the point where i breaked.thebrake pedal went all the way to the floor.i have to stop way ahead of a stop.also, my car shakes and the brake pedal vibrates when i try to stop.as for the transmission, while driving, the car is idled way above the point where it should.the car give a big thump and throw forward when i am trying to break.the transmission is making funny noise, as if i am driving 55 mph with the car in neutral.as for the fumes, they come in my car and is very unsettling.i can not stand the way the fumes smell.the car is also smoking.

Vehicle stalled out under heavy braking conditions and also at idle.throttle body cleaned as repaired.auto continued poor idle.later, battery became fully drained.with headlights on at highway speeds, engaging brakes or turning on any cabin electrical device would flicker and dim the headlights.replaced battery and belts for repair. Alternator tested out okay.poor idling attributed to low voltage to idle speed motor.continuing issue: engaging brakes flicker and dim dashboard lights.the application of the brakes(or brake lights, perhaps) interferes with the electrical system and ultimately, engine operation.this seemed most evident when voltage was at a premium.

While exiting the interstate, wheel locked up on wet pavement, resulting in a skid, abs brake system.
Brakes overheated/cracked and had warped when applied while driving. Found out that brakes were underrated along withtires by goodyear. Did not know about this until later. Consumer states vehicle uses australian goodyear tires, gta 205/65r15 h1530, tires were replaced with american equivalent goodyear tires and while driving on arizona highways, tires wobble and become unstable after 15-20 minutes, 3 other types of goodyear tires were tried, however all types experienced same scenario, goodyear headquarters informed consumer that the load rating of these tires were only 1400 pounds which may be inadequate for the 5000 pound vehicle, the heat from the underrated tires stresses brake rotors, vehicle has had 3 sets of rotors due to overheating.

Rear brake rotors out of round, causing pulsation. *sd
When applying the brakes, the vehicle would shake , rotors were cut down (3) times, twice on the front in the last (6) months.all 4rotors andhub assembly ondriver's side were replaced on 9/12/97 with 52,000 miles due to this problem.
