On 09/04/14 purchased 4 new fuzion touring tires from the tire choice & total car care 250 nw cashmere blvd. In port saint lucie, fl 34986. The past week the vehicle front end began shaking so i had taken to the tire shop for inspection. I was told that both the front tires had broken bands and although they were still under warranty this was not covered. They refused to honor the warranty replacement and told they would replace them for $160. I was told that the tire bands brake due to road hazard and i did not purchase the additional road hazard warranty. The vehicle was not involved in any accidents or road hazards.
