Consumer states the lights on the inside of vehicle illuminated and would not go off till hours later.one month ago the headlights went out for a second and came back on. One month later consumer woke up and headlights and dash light on and no one had been in car.please provide any furthter information.nlm

One morning the vehicle began to shake when started. From that time on the vehicle continued to shake when started.the dealership states that the motor mounts are worn.please describe details.nlm

While traveling on the highway and without prior warning the vehicle stalledwhen the vehicle was driven at speeds of 35 to 55 mph, it hesitated and surged 4 to 6 times in a row. It felt like consumer turned the vehicle off then on. *ph. The consumer was told the computer was bad, and the wiring needed to be replaced.

At 1000 milescan hear the lifters when first starting the car, took to dealer, and they put a filter in car to keep oil in lifters,. But, this was not fixing the problem,just covering it up.please provide any further information.

Cruise control works when it wants to....some days it will work, other days it won't...also had problem with signal light blinking faster at times than at others...had that particular problem fixed by changing the "light module"for $500...now its the cruise control...one more problem and i'm selling the car....

The vehicle's transmission failed.the consumer attempted to enter the drivers side door when the vehicle started to move forward dragging the consumer 50 feet coming to a stop as it hit the curb.the consumer suffered numerous injuries.the vehicle shift lever was still in park.*tc

Transmission malfunction, vehicle hard to shift.the vehicle was in park when the consumer was exiting the vehicle.the vehicle began to roll forward suddenly knocking the consumer to the ground.the consumer was holding onto the inside door handle and was dragged on his stomach about 50 feet.the consumer dislocated his shoulder and separated muscle and tendon as well as nerves from the rotator cuff.the dragging also inflicted numerous cut on the consumers stomach and legs.

Passenger's side seatbelt tightens up aroundstomach while driving, anddrivers side does not. Consumer has contacteddealer.please provide any further information.

The rear center seat belt of my 2000 mercury grand marque is defective.when a child seat is belted there, the seat belt strap gradually slides loose through the locking device.the seat belt appears secure at first, but it gradually loosens as the weight of the child seat rocks against it.the belt loosened completely after 30 minutes of driving, and would have been useless in a crash.fortunately, we discovered the problem before anyone was hurt.we went to duddie ford of northborough, ma on 1/29/03 and presented the problem.

Headrest does not pull up high enough to be placed behind head, it will only reach to the base of the skull.consumer feels this is unsafe because headrest must be directly behind head, not the neck.the consumer stated that;per owners manual, the head restraint is to be properly adjusted by lifting the head restraint so that it is located directly behind your head.*scc

When consumer appliesbrakes vehicle will jerk into another lane of traffic without driver controlling vehicle.dealership(s) are unable to remedydefect.

Water is leaked into the vehicle on the passenger side when it rained.the dealer was unable to determine where the leak was coming from.

Consumer has hadsunvisor replaced twice. It kept falling down, interfering with driver's vision. Dealer was trying to remedy the problem.

The drivers side visor obscures about 20% of the rearview mirror inpairing the drivers rear vision, consumer believes this is a design defect which was not present in prior model/year that the onsumer has owned, also the visor is not designed to stay in position when lowered.nlm

Consumer noticed when picking up the vehicle that the sunvisor on the driverside blocks view. When sunvisor is in use toward the windshield to block the sun,it falls back in the view path.dealer says it's just the way they are.

The consumer is concerned with the design of the newer vehicles.while trying to get out of the vehicle through the right rear door, the consumer hit her head,sustaining minor injuries. This also happened in another vehicle.

Passenger's door unable to open with a key; driver's side used a remote control. Dealer notified.

When driving on a wet surface vehicle snatches itself from side to side. Dealer notified.

Iaa auto auction sold this vehicle advertised as cash for clunker vehicle. The program ended 3 years ago how could they still have a vehicle that was supposed to be scrapped 3 years ago? it is item #58 on sioux falls sale 1-28-2014. While brake pedal was depressed to the floor and without any indication vehicle accelerated, traveling atrate of40 mph,and hita tree. Dealer has been notified. Please provide further information.
