Driving about 5-10 mph, the vehicle had a low frontal impact in which the other vehicle had no damages. Upon impact, driver's and the passenger's air bags did not deploy,resulting in injuries.please provide further information and vin#.
Dt keyless entry pad caught on fire,vehicle was in garage could spell smoke, had to disconnect the battery. Contacted the dealer said there is no recall, contacted the manufacturer said they couldn't do anything cause the vehicle isno longer under warranty. Water can get down in the switch and combination of age can create a problem. There should be a solid cover over this.
While driving the entire dashboard failed along with the air conditioning and interior dome light.the dealer diagnosedthat an electrical short was the cause of the problem.*nlm
Driver parked vehicle and turned it off.later returning and trying to start vehiclefailed to start.ignition had locked up steering wheel, and was unable shift out of park.a police person stated problem might be relay switch.please provide any further information.
Driving in the rain headlights went out tried high beans came on went out, also,wipers. I pull leaver held in reset wipers with other hand. Then ipull down lever to signal too get off road nocking high beans off again. I almost hit gard rail,the lcd recall should be for all cars not just some my safty and others should have recalls.
Dt*:the contact stated the fitting that connects the heater line to the intake manifold fractured and detached.as a result of the failure, the vehicle over heated.the contact saw steam coming from underneath the hood and pulled the vehicle over for inspection.the vehicle was towed to an independent repair shop for repairs.the manufacturer was contacted and determined the time had expired for the 7 year replacement for a free remedy.
While driving in traffic, consumer states that vehicles engine seized. Consumer was almost rear ended. Took to dealer and the dealer said the idler cooling valves failed. Please provide any further information. Ts
July 15,2005, i took my grand marquis l999,to glades ford because it was stalling as if it was going to cut off. I was told, spark plug #8 and the coil was bad.it was repaired at a cost of $337.94 . August 2005 had same problem and was told it was the manifold. Had this repaired ll.22.05,cost $960.63.advised by richard t. Doorman esq. Of cunningham< bounds< yance, crowder & brown llc, p. O. Box 66705, mibil, al 36660 to take my receipts to glades ford of belle, glade, fl before march 16, 2006, i took the receipts to glades ford, january 23, 2006. Mr. Antonio bellorin, service advisor took the information and said i would be contacted.after not being contacted in approximately three months, i returned to the dealership and inquired about my refund.mr bellorin went into the business office and returned in about 45 minutes.he said, they will be refunding my money and i should wait until they get the make out the check.after waiting for more than 45 minutes, an office worker(lady) came out and told me ford motores will not refund my money because it had been more than seven years.i purchased the grand marquis octoer , 1998 it is a 1999.i had stated previously, it was taken in for repair in july, 2005 and again august, 2005, i did not have the $900+ they were asking for in august, 2005. October 26, 2006, i received a letter from ford customer service division , stating i had recently spoken to a representative at their customer relationship center . I did not speak to any customer relationship center. October 17, 2006, i wrote a letter requesting reimbursement for that maniford repair and the money i paid in july..

Vehicle experiencing problem with fuel spitting out of fuel : tank:filler neck while refueling. Vehicle taken to dealer on four occasions, and problem still reoccurring.please feel free to provide any further details on this matter.
Front driver's side and passenger's side doors do not stay open on their own, the halfway locking point does not work.doors, when opened, will swing right back and shut.dealer has been contacted.

The customer states the stopping distance is greater now than when the vehicle was new.the problem reoccurs frequently and the customer suspects manufacturer flaw
From time of purchase when brakes are applied they squeak.dealer insists that is a characteristic of vehicle, brake distance is normal.

When applying brakes at high speed vehicle would shake and vibrate. Rotors were out of round after brakes are used under normal driving conditions.took vehicle to dealer, and they stated this was happening in all ford products. Manufacturer's defect.*jg

Idler arm bolt came out causing vehicle to pull to the left which could have resulted in loss of control. Consumer recommended using castle nut bolt with carter pin to keep from falling off.
Tie rod on vehicle broke while driving. *mr the components rusted.the consumer requested reimbursement. *sc
Thed outer tie rod on the right front turning wheel fell off while backing out of my driveway.the tierod ends need to be replaced.please note that a warning letter was sent out for this problem on my 1998 f150 but none on this vrhicle.it was related to corrosion. I will save the old part. If this had happened while negotiating a curve at highway speeds it could have been catistraffic or even worse.

Both front door hinges are not designed properly, the doors will not stay open halfway of full open positon without moving, on windy days the door is easily blown closed.nlm
Vehicle experienced a sudden jerk to the left while driving on the highway at approximately 55 mph. Which almost caused the vehicle to run another vehicle off the road on the right lane. Reason unknown. Vehicle have been inspected and some repairs have been made, and codition still occurs.
My mothers car was off & in park & all of a sudden the engine reved up and the car shot through her gargage door and almost through the back garage wall with my mom in the car.
The vehicle experiences sudden acceleration at various speeds. The owner has to stomp on the brake several times in order to stop the vehicle. Owner will notify the manufacturer.

The interior rearview mirror location interferes with the driver's visibility which may cause an accident.occupant said it should be moved upwards.pelase provide further information.
