Consumer also states left rear tire is showing signs of cracking, firestone stated they might replace the right rear tire that had blown out, but they statey they were not going to replace the left rear tire since it was not blown out, consumer then left firestone and contacted the customer service dept who then instructed him to send the blown tire to them.
