While driving on reverse side of consumer's driveway no more than 5 mph, stepped onbrake pedal to stop vehicle because of an aproachingvehicle, the consumer's seat came out, causingconsumer to fall back within seat. Also,there was no broken bolts on the seat, but the metal base came apart within seat. *ml
Material under the leather cover on the steering wheel ismelting . Manufacturer not able to correct.
