I received recall for passenger side airbag feb 2019 and it still has not be replaced.mb dealer can't order the bag because mbusa still has my case on pending.mbusa said it was not up to them but up to the nhtsa to decide who's car get the replacement.this is not acceptable.
Takata recall. The contact owns a 2015 mercedes-benz e350. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 19v010000 (air bags). Mercedes-benz of cincinnati (located at 8727 montgomery rd, cincinnati, oh 45236, (513) 984-9000) stated that the part was not available. The contact felt that the dealer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not notified. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
The vehicle has beenin the dealer six times in a four month period of time. Most problems were related to electronics.head unit center console made a loud "a ball rolling around" noise with 24 hours of buying the car.radio would intermittently work.clock would not keep time.these three items have been replaced.steering wheel would not keep memory.engine cooling fan would run for hours after vehicle was turned off and parked.there was an oil leak on front passenger side.front trim panel for bumper was not aligned.
The collision prevention assist module warning light came on.collision assist was inoperative.this can lead to loss of acceleration and braking.i took the vehicle to local dealership, mercedes benz of arcadia, who performed a software update and charged $205.oo. This is a safety issue and should be a recall and free of charge. When the error message came on my wife was on the freeway. She panicked and pulled over to the shoulder. Restarting the engine did not solve the problem. She drove home slowly whereupon we went to the dealership.
The contact owns a 2015 mercedes-benz e350. While driving approximately 42 mph, the blind stop detection monitoring system and other unknown warning indicators malfunctioned. In addition, the steering wheel was difficult to turn to the right. Also, while the brake pedal was depressed, the brakes failed to operate and caused the contact's vehicle to crash into another vehicle and a ditch. The air bags failed to deploy. A police report was filed and there were no injuries. The vehicle was towed to a towing lot. The dealer and manufacturer were not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failures. The approximate failure mileage was 55,000.

Car was stopped, placed in park on slight rearward incline. Driver was attempting to enter a gate code in a box located near the drivers side door. Driver could not reach the keypad so the door was opened and driver leaned out to enter the code. The car began rolling rearward and dragged the driver out of the car and under the door. The vehicle was stopped by another vehicle behind and inline for the same gate opener. Driver suffered significant injuries and was transported to local hospital. Numerous electronic failures preceded the incident and had been in the dealership for correction both before and after this incident. Failures included aux battery, cpa+ inop, keyless entry failure and others. Physician images of injuries provided upon request. No damage to vehicle/s.

Since wehave had this vehicle (2017) we had come to hear a loud cracking of the pano roof when turning (say from a gas station or side shop) and over the years it has become louder and louder until it is constant. It is such that we hear it all the time in warm/hot weather (like now, at the time of reporting); discussions and research has told us it is a serious problem in that the roof could give way (albeit, explode?).are their any tsb bulletins on this issue?thank you for your consideration of this matter.best regards, the robinsons

Pano roof creaks and pops when driving; before it was just on turns not (esp. Summer in usa) it is all the time.research and discussions say that the roof panel could explode.is there a tsb on this or a recall?we have owned this vehicle since 2017 and for past three years it has become a constant concern.thank you for your consideration of this request.
The contact owns a 2015 mercedes-benz e350. The contact stated that while driving over a bump in the roadway, a popping sound was heard coming from the panoramic roof. The vehicle was taken to napleton autowerks of indiana located at 1349 indianapolis blvd, schererville, in 46375, where the wheels were balanced and the brakes checked however, the failure recurred and became worse. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 63,000.
Original continental conti pro contact tires (245/40/18) for mercedes benz e350 with approx. 15,000 miles on them and my tire blewon highway. And side rim of tire has big cut.it was at the time of traffic at 5 pmand i was very close to hit sidewall of highway. Last week again i discovered that other two tirescontinental contiprocontact on same car has a bubble on the sidewall. The bubble is within a quater to half of an inch to the rim. After a day one tire was flat and big cut i see at same place where bubble was. I called mercedez benz as my car is still under warranty and i was told that it has happened because of pothole and you have to replace all the 4 tires. I only drive car for work and i never hit pothole it looks like there is manufacturing defect with tire. I am sorry to say that even car is under warranty mercedes is not doing anything and there is no recall on tire. I have noticed many people complaining about bubble issue with the tire. Continental tire should be taking care of the tire as it only has 15k miles
I purchased a pre-certified 2015 mercedes-benz e350 4matic sport with 19,550 miles on 3/9/18.within the first 175 miles driven i have experienced a flat tire from complete sidewall failure in one tire (which was a newer, non-original) and two sidewall bubbles on two of the other original tires.the sidewall failure was due to hitting a small pothole while the bubbles seem to have been caused by normal driving.the tires are contiprocontact 245/40r18 which seem to have common sidewall issues from the complaints.for safety concerns i have ordered michelin pilot sport a/s 3+, so will be out around $1,000 (plus the $255 cost of replacing the first blown contiprocontact, which has about 50 miles on it, but i do not feel safe driving on it).
I ran over an unavoidable moderate sized city street pot hole at low speed while braking and the front passenger side tire deflated.another original tire was defective and developed a sidewall bubble in september and the dealer replaced it for free. Then i was instructed to inflate the tires to 40 psi and i have been careful to maintain the tire pressure.
