Takata recall. I have been trying for over a year to get the airbags replaced. My local dealer , fort myers mercedes - benz continually tells me they do not have the replacement parts but that i should not drive the car. I have no choice but to drive the car as they won't provide me with a loaner and i cannot afford to rent another car while making payments on this car.

I received a recall notice a long time ago (as much as 2 years or more?). I keep checking with the dealer only to be told they haven't received replacement airbags. I don't like the safety implications as well as the possible impact on the value of my car. What can be done to expedite replacement?

I received emails informing me that the air bags in my vehicle can explode and emit metal fragments.i was informed that they are waiting for replacement parts.it's been almost 2 years now and i am still waiting.
We have the recall and i am sorry i do not have the number where the wiring harness to the tail lamps could melt catching fire causing the rear lamp to go out. Mine has done so. My wife drives 35 miles 1 way to work each day and because it was at night when this happened i had to go out on i-64 which is a 70mph interstate highway and do a temp fix so see could get home. I have contacted the dealer which at time parts were not availed and the dealer was to contact me when they re availed, which the young lady even when they sent out the contact but did not bother to tell the rest. It had been so long we had forgotten about the recall and it wasn't till we received the notice about the takata inflator recall were we informed that the tail lamps are on recall. Not happy about the inflator recall and that the manufacture has tried nothing to make us confidant about this we feel very unsafe. Back to the tail lamps we did miss an appointment but did call back to get another one. When the dealer stated that they had no appointment on this and could not help me with alternate transportation i could not leave the vehicle at that time. I called the dealer(tysinger mercedes)and the offered no solution and was given mercedes corporate number spoke with the customer rep explained the situationand was referred to the managers who have not reached out to me and now i am in the same situation as started. Is there any thing you can do to help me get tis matter fixed?
When fuel tank is about 75%-100% full, the car will smell heavily of gasoline inside and around the rear of the vehicle. Upon inspection, fuel pump cover/cap seems to be cracked and leaking fuel. Engine code p0456.
Fuel leek under seat passenger side as well strong smell coming from everywhere when the gas thank is filled at the gas station.i called the mbusa for help with this problem and they refocused to help .this is been ungoing problem with the mercedes as i had same problem with my 2007 s550 as well my 2007 e350 .this time i'm extremely scared ,if this problem that i have with my car it's going to cause the health damage to me and my family , and every time i open my garage door in the morning i'm afraid the electrical light or motor would spark and ignite the fumes and cause the major explosion in my house/ garage.please i needhelp fixingmy car and thousands other americans with the same problem.thank you
My engine light jeep coming on with a p0456 code. Replace gas cap and purge valve control less then year ago. However i still smell gas when i fill up tank. After it goes down to 3/4 tank i don't smell gas. When it drop below half tank the engine light comes on. Same thing as last year now it starting again in june 2020. Only have 76000 miles. Dont drive thank much. Get service every year. They had recall for e350 back in 2013 however mb keep tell me its not my vin. I think there is program with the c350 for 2011 model too. The light always come in when im driving does matter if city street or freeway.first time 2019. Repairs in july. Happen on 6/3/2020. Was clear then when gass went to half tank on 6/28/2020 it happen again.
I had a fuel pump flange crack and leak fuel when tank was filled. Also, the check engine light threw codes relating to small leaks in the system and as such wouldn't pass state inspection.i had to get these fixed -- basically both sides (fuel pump/filter/sending unit) at the cost of almost $1,000 at a local shop. All vin searches didn't show that my car was under recall for the fuel system, however i noticed that many other models in year 2011-2012 were under recall: see nhtsa campaign id #12v557000.i believe this model should be included in this recall.
Sudden huge car fire with loud explosions. The whole front of the cargot totally burned down. The car was parkedin the front of the store with engine running.

Interior trim has been coming off for 2 years crap construction
Heat and ac air sensor keeps going out each year . Last two years they replaced it . Ac rumble in hot weather
