There is an open recall on my brand of mercedes-benz but my vin number isnā€™t included itā€™s on the sunroof where it stays open or it could possibly fly off it gets off track or whatever happens well mine will not go down i have to manually open it or manually close it it is a safety issue because it will refuse to go down completely and will be shaking while i am driving it puts me and others at risk but the dealership is refusing to fix it under a recall even though my brand and type is included in the recall
