Driving into a ramp and the passenger air bag deployed. I then slipped off the curve the external of the car is not damaged and i'm not hurt.
The contact owns a 2015 mazda 3. While attempting to cross a railroad track, another vehicle crashed into the rear of the contact's vehicle and caused the driver seat to move forward. The air bags failed to deploy. The contact sustained injuries to the neck and back, but did no seek medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 550.

Infotainment system keeps rebooting in an infinite loop. Vehicle was parked when issue started. Vehicle had been off for about 3minutes prior to issue. Infotainment was working prior to being off for 3 min.
Takata recallthe infotainment system is going haywire, making ghosts selections such as calling ppl, self selecting settings and all other buttons at random times during driving which has become extremely distracting and dangerous to drive the car with this issue. This is apparently a known issue to mazda but they refuse to fix it. All they will offer is swapping it for another infotainment system that will eventually do the same thing again at the customers expense. This takes place while the car is traveling at 5mph or less so it most frequently happens when i am slowing to take turns or traveling in my neighborhood and while at a stop at random times. I have no control over the system once it starts glitching and making calls and changing settings or dialing numbers, i cant hang up im forced to disconnect the bluetooth from the phone but that only prevents it from making calls it still continues to go to the setting at press random buttons
Electrical malfunction in the brake system caused the vehicle to completely shut down. Caused problems with the remote communicating with the starter and all system malfunctions activated.
Turning to park her vehicle, in a parking lot, the vehicle suddenly accelerated and hit two parked cars in front.

Corrosion of the battery terminal and battery wiring harness preventing car from starting.
The day was hot and i was in stop and go traffic with the ac set to 72 degrees in my 2015 mazda 3 with just 21k miles on it. My car unexpectedly stalled and the check engine and charging system/battery lights came on briefly in the dash. I had to shift into park and push the button to restart my vehicle. The car's ecu/pcm did not set any codes and the problem has not occurred again since that hot day. This is a danger because the sudden loss of power could result in a rear end collision luckily i was in stop and go traffic. Dealer and mazda have been slow to investigate this thoroughly. Feels like they just want to send me on my way without doing a thorough investigation of this issue.
When pushing start button all lights go on but car won't start. Stationary in drive way
My cars infotainment system, which includes the rearview camera, started malfunctioning in early 2019. The infotainment screen (for the clock, radio, gps and rearview camera) was in a reboot loop (constantly rebooting over and over). When the car is put in reverse, the rearview camera works sporadically, including shutting off in the middle of reversing the car. I took the care to the original dealer and (per the service invoice attached), they diagnosed the problem as "cmu failure" which would cost me $1000 (one thousand dollars) to fix. I refused, as i did not think it was appropriate for the cmu to fail roughly four (4) years after purchase. I googled the problem and it's evident that many other mazda owners have experienced the same problem.
Hot weather acceleration and blind spot monitoring system (bsm) issue: in extremely hot weather bsm off light turns on repeatedly while the vehicle is in motion or starting from complete stop. At the same time the infotainment system display flickers in sync with the bsm off light appearance. When this occurs there is a clicking sound coming from the front of the car/where the engine is located. The sound is accompanied by temporary loss of acceleration when in motion or starting to move from a complete stop. When this occurs while starting from a complete stop, the engine revolutions (rev) drops below 1k rpm despite gas pedal input thus the car would not move/accelerate for about 5 seconds. When it occurs when the car is in motion such as on the highway or merging onramp into the highway the car unsafely slows down despite gas pedal input. Again this issue is observed during unusually hot days eg. July 22, 2017 in st. Louis, missouri.
Infotainment system restarts 3 to 5 times, when first starting car, when temperatures in unheated garage are below 50 degrees. I drive four to eight miles, with heater on, before it stops restarting.have taken to dealer 3 times, while under warranty.all they do is reboot it.now the car is no longer under warranty and i refuse to take it back, and be changed for something that should have been fixed the first time.this just might be a deal breaker in buyinga mazda as my next car. Very annoying.
Vehicle navigation display has multiple times while driving, unexpectedly restarted. Once was listening to radio, radio did not stop but system restarted. Other time, was on call, and system restarted but call did not disconnect, user on other end could not hear me and i could not hear them. When system restarted, call continued. Called dealer and was informed that there may be a system firmware update needed. Brought vehicle in, was told that no firmware update was available, and that they could not reproduce issue.
The contact owns a 2015 mazda 3. The contact stated that the navigational system, the bluetooth function, and the usb system rebooted and failed. The vehicle was taken to a dealer on more than one occasion where the failure was undetermined. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.the failure mileage was 1,000. Updated 5/4/15
The contact owns a 2015 mazda 3. While accelerating from a traffic light, the vehicle stalled without warning. The contact was unable to restart the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to gunther mazda (1800 s state rd 7, fort lauderdale, fl 33317, (954) 797-1600) where it was diagnosed that the battery needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was then towed to lou bachrodt mazda coconut creek (5400 sr 7, coconut creek, fl 33073, (954) 247-5000) where it was diagnosed that the fuel pump needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred twice. The manufacturer was informed of the failures. The approximate failure mileage was 36,000.
The engine suddenly stalled without any warning lights and the car went dead right after i exited the freeway. It was very scary. I pushed the start engine button and the car started and i continued my drive. I took the car to the dealer the next morning.i am currently waiting for a phone call from the dealer.
The car shut off in the middle of an intersection. Would not stay running when i attempted to start it again. I had it for one month.
Vehicle was inadvertantly turned off while in drive, when parking the vehicleno alarm sounded.upon exiting the vehicle, the vehicle began to roll backwards, forcing me to jump back into the car and jam on the brake.one would think that as a safety measure, the car would be required to be in park, before turning off the engine.while its conceivable that in an emergency the driver may want to turn off the vehiclewhile in gear, this would be very rare, and could be accommodated by programing the off switch to require multiple pushes or holding in the button for an extended period.exiting the car when it is not in park is a dangerous situation, just as dangerous as trying to start the car while in gear, resulting in unexpected movement of the car.since the car requires the gearshift to be in park and the brake on before starting, one would think a similar process would be used for turning off the vehicle.

Headlights are aimed very low and provide zero light above a low vertical cut off point.took the car to the dealer and they said they aimed the lights higher, but i do not notice a difference.looked at changing the aim myself, but there is no obvious adjustment mechanism. This is a serious safety issue because it is frequently impossible to see *anything* more than 8, 20, or 70 feet ahead when the grade of the roadway changes in a positive direction, for instance at the bottom of a hill when the roadway begins to transition from level to a positive grade uphill, or as you are traveling downhill, reach the bottom of a hill and the car is pointed downhillbut the road ahead is level.this is also a problem when you are on a hill and the grade of the hill changes.the low beam headlights are fine on perfectly level roads, but are a crash waiting to happen anywhere else.
Headlights on low beam are aimed too low and thus have a very short range.dealer said they were at factory spec so he would not adjust them.
Turning to park her vehicle, in a parking lot, the vehicle suddenly accelerated and hit two parked cars in front.
I have replaced at least 10 either headlights, fog lights or park lights on this car. Bought the car new and at least every month to two months i am replacing a bulb.

The contact's son owns a 2015 mazda mazda3. The contact stated the vehicle was serviced under nhtsa campaign number: 16v684000 (fuel system, gasoline) which maybe the cause of the failure. The contact stated while vehicle was at a stand still at a local gas station, gasoline started pouring out from underneath the vehicle onto the ground. The contact stated his son looked underneath the vehicle and became aware that the fuel tank was resting on the exhaust which caused burns to the aluminum plate. The vehicle was towed to his son's residence. The contact stated a local dealer was contacted however, no assistance was offered. The vehicle had not been diagnosed nor repaired as of yet. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and filed a case. The failure mileage was approximately 80,241. *ln *dl
The contact owns a 2015 mazda 3. While the vehicle was at the dealer for routine maintenance, the technician noticed fuel leaking from the vehicle. The technician stated that the vehicle was included in nhtsa campaign number: 15v621000 (fuel system, gasoline) however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The contact was informed that the vehicle was unsafe to drive and would be kept until the recall remedy could be performed. 2015 mazda 3 with 75000 miles. Transmission in vehicle failed specifically the main bearing. Transmission is needing to be rebuilt. Repair shop also informed me that the clutches were burned out. Symptoms:delayed engagement when vehicle is cold.flair shifting from 3-4.
Transmission replaced at 100000 because ofbearing in the transmission. Now transmission making the same noise of 111,000 miles after being replaced.mazda was purchased at paul miller mazda lexington kentucky.transmission problem became noticeable while in motion it starts with a low noise and the air is the bearing gets used more and more from day to day uses he gets louder and louder specially at lower speeds from 10 to 60 miles an hour it's quite noticeable stops when the vehicle stops.was informed by paul miller mazda this was the only second issue they've had with transmissions and it was not a route fix without replacing the transmission.i purchased extended warranty at purchase of the mazda and it's a good thing i did because now i'm on my second transmission with a 2015 mazda with 111,000 miles and it's already been through two transmissions one at 101,000 and now again at 111000 less than 9000 miles after the replacement.transmission wasn't a new tthat was put in the 2015 mazda,it was a transmission which i was told had only 8000 miles by paul miller mazda and millennium insurance.

The power seat lift and lower mechanics have failed so that the seat no longer raises or lowers to its original extent.this prevents the driver of the vehicle from adjusting the seat properly for safe driving.the actuator, fuses, and wiring are all functional and the mechanical components simply no longer allow full range of motion regarding seat height even with manual adjustment. I believe the mechanical components simply failed and am not aware of any specific cause.i am 6'3'' and my wife is 5'4'' and seat height adjustment is critical to safe driving.
Headrest unusable in safe driving position.forces head to floor or prevents proper back placement on seat, sometimes both.the only way to sit in the seat comfortably is to have the seat leaning too far back where i cannot reach the steering wheel comfortably.wheels would vibrate at speeds above 55, sometimes as low as 40.recently fixed by dealership.brakes were improperly adjusted and scraped against the inside of the brake assembly.made a loud scratch sound.took two visits to the dealership to be fixed.all events required individual visits to the repair shop, and i am uncertain of the long-term viability of the vehicle.any small issue raises extra concerns.vehicle has only 2k miles after a year of ownership because of either driving discomfort or the vehicle being in the shop to be worked on.
Left side of driver's seat height adjustment lifter link is broken. Drivers's seat rocks on the left side during braking, acceleration, and when stationary. This is distracting to the driver and could cause an accident.it could also lead to a more catastrophic failure.
There is a sharp object in the rear of the drivers seat of this particular model/trim combination. It is directly below the layer of vinyl at the back of the seat. An accident where the person behind the driver was thrown into the drivers seat would result in this sharp protrusion to come trough the vinyl risking injury to that person.
The head rest pushes my head forward when i sit upright with good posture no matter what the height adjustment i use. The angle of the headrest is not adjustable and is way to far forward for me. I understand this is a new regulation, and i believe the standard is not appropriate for everyone.

My rear brakes always seem to be dragging. They make a loud grinding noise as i exit my neighborhood. After driving a while, the noise is quieter but still noticeable. I am afraid of it locking up while driving and causing me to lose control.

Took car in for first oil change at 1429 miles and was toldboth front brake rotors were grooved andthat the brakepads and rotors needed to be replaced.
On the mechanical (cable) type parking brake, water may enter the brake caliper due to inappropriate sealing performance of the rear brake caliper protective boot, particularly under low temperature conditions, and the parking brake actuator shaft, which is the component of rear brake caliper, may be rusted.if the vehicle continues to be used with such condition, the rust may progress, increasing the sliding resistance of the actuator shaft. I started noticing a squeal from my rear brakes that would occur at the beginning of driving (not while braking) then go away after 1 or 2 stops. About a week and a half later, the day i used my handbrake to park, after my 25 minute commute home i noticed a hot metal smell. I put my hand up to my driver side rear wheel and felt intense heat from the brakes. Saw the rotors were dug in. I bought rear brakes and rotors and changed them out myself. The parking brake actuator shaft was stuck, binding the brakes on both rear calipers. The metal around the boot of both shafts on the caliper look wet. The piston of the caliper was easily rotated back in after unbinding the parking brake actuator shaft. Parking brake now is unhooked due to it being unsafe.this happened on both parking brake actuator shafts on the rear calipers after only 24,900 miles.

I went to go step on brakes to slow down as i was coming up on a vehicle that was stopped due to traffic in front of me when my brakes locked up and i slid right into the guy. I tried to turn my wheel to go on shoulder, but vehicle would not move. I was on the freeway and in traffic. I wasn't speeding as there was no possible way to as traffic was in play, but our lane started to move and i stayed back and when i went to step on brakes, they locked up.
I took my car to a brake shop because of scraping noise from the brakes.the passenger rear brake was prematurely worn because the brake was constantly engaged. The brake repair shop has seen this issue on mazda3 and informed me it was part of a recall, and that this poses a potential safety risk to me while operating this vehicle. The mechanic shop handed me a sheet with the recall campaign 17v393000. I called the 800 222 5500 for mazda on information on the recall. But because my vin does not show up in the system under this campaign i am not eligible for a recall repair.should i be included in the recall campaign regardless of vin number if the issue is the same is identical to recall issue.

The wear on my back brakes was abnormally fast. There was already a recall for japanese made brakes but mine were mexican made. The front brakes had very little wear where as i had to replace the back after about 25,000 miles.
Parking break does not hold or releases after vehicle has been parked (flat or hill surfaces)car has rolled 3 times in parking lots situation.3rd time car rolled after being stationary for 45 min.i witnessed car locked rolling in the lot as i cam out and clicked the door locks from distance of 20 ft away.car rolled silently - could have hit anyone behind it in the parking lot area - very very dangerous!mazda claims my carvin no. Is not included in the recall for mazda 3 and mazda 6s that has just been issued for this particular problem - parking brakes not holding.i beg to differ.the first 2 times this happened i thought it was me, but now am convinced car has an issue. Have driven stick / manual with parking brake for 23 years and never had this happen before.now, has happened 3 times in 2 years. Am having brakes inspected at the dealership looking for corrosion or other issues that could cause brake to not engage properly - no matter what mazda claims - this is likely a design issue on my vin number as well.recall is 1217f - for vehciles 14-16.. Only those with hand brakes like mine.mazda implied i did not set parking brake.i beg to differ.read the part when i've driven 2 stick shifts for 23 years - with no roll issues ever.all 3 rolls occured in parking lots, when i thought i had the brake set.i now leave car in first gear and use parking brakes.just to be sure.this is a major issue.other vehicles should be checked and owners notified.
The right rear brake pad has a problem and it stuck on even when i release the brake pedal, this defect cause some noise when the car is stopping and cause premature wear on the brake pad and rotors.
Passenger side rear brake caliper does not retract properly and wears out brake pads quickly. This should not hapen at less than 50,000 miles. I have seen numerous complaints online and there is a recall for this year, but it does not include my vin.

Recall issued june 2017 regarding brake problem - parts still not available as of february 2018 to correct the issue.
I went into the local mazda dealership to have a repair completed for the brake recall. The mechanic claimed to have fixed everything completely. However, the mazda webpage is showing the recall having been done incomplete.
Safety recall 1217f received 8/2017. To date "remedy not yet available."this time (now 6 months) seems to be an unreasonable amount of wait time for the parts to be received by my mazda dealer. What in your view is "a reasonable amount of time"?
Notified of recall 8/19/17 went to dealer 10/24/17 dealer still states they do not have parts.wish to sell car but must have repair done first.still continuing to drive car.
I've had to replace back brakes twice in 4 years. Now calipers have gone out which ruined rotors and pads. It looks like others have had the same issue with calipers not working properly and wearing the brakes prematurely.
Failed brake booster, brake light switch faulty, excessive brake pressure required to engage switch. Vehicle did not start because switch not engaged.
Like many other mazda 3 owners, i have had water enter my calipers and bind, leaving brakes activated on the rotors wearing down the brakes faster than normal. Approx 65,000 miles on my car and i am currently getting my third set of brakes and rotors installed on my vehicle, with new calipers that is not covered under the recall. After contacting mazda, my vin specific does not qualify for this recall. This issue is known from mazda and should be extended to all models.

Driving on a two lane highway at 65 mph when the car suddenly pulled to the left. Car went off the highway resulting in a total loss. Part of the steering rack and pinion may have cracked. When looking at the part it appears to have an old crack along with a fresh looking break.
The contact owns a 2015 mazda mazda3. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the steering wheel seized without warning. The failure recurred several times. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The technician was unable to diagnose the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 2,000.
I have filed this claim because the car in mention has been repaired by mazda for failures in the door latching-locking system on three (3) separate occasions on different doors since i purchased it and it is currently showing signs of failure on one of the doors that was not affected before.i no longer consider the vehicle safe to drive and i strongly believe that failures of this nature may cause accidents with catastrophic injuries to the driver and to others.as a mazda customer, car owner and engineering professional, i'm extremely concerned when i contemplate the possibility that this might not be an isolated case and that other mazda owners might be driving unsafe vehicles.i have also started a claim with the bbb auto line case maz1714424 where i pursue repurchase of the vehicle by mazda among other items.

Traveling down the highway at 60 mph in my brand new mazda 3 coupe when the drivers side front window spontaneously imploded throwing safety glass all over driver and passenger.
My spouse was driving on a highway and suddenly heard a loud sound. He scanned the surroundings and did not see any unusual occurrence. He felt cold air and noise and when he look up, his sunroof is gone, just a few glass left on the side lookinglike granules. He had spontaneous sunroof explosion.
Power moonroof exploded while driving about 40mph on a city street. It was about 52deg f on a cloudy day. My wife was in passenger seat & glass fell in on us. We pulled over and cleaned up most of it.
The contact owns a 2015 mazda 3. The contact stated that the tpms warning lamp remained illuminated, which indicated a failure. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who placed air in all four tires and reset the code. Within less than a week, the tpms warning lamp came back on and remained illuminated. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was not available.
I have had my mazda 3 as a brand new car since 2015. Just 2 years later,my ac compressor fails and i have to have it replaced.there are not even parts available for the ac compressor yet.i took my car to the mecganic, they think it just needs a recharge. But,after the service, the air is still not blowing cold. The ac compressor is frozen. The ac compressors on mazdas are faulty. I had to replace the same on my 2006 mazda, just a year after purchasing it.i will not be purchasing mazda again.
The infotainment system malfunctions while the car is being operated, creating a serious distraction for the driver. For example, the system can be tuned to the radio and then it will randomly switch to the phone function and dial a number again at random from my contacts list.trying to disengage the call doesn't work as it keeps dialing or will redial. This happens repeatedly. It will also at times choose a radio station which is not the one that has been selected. While these may sound minor they create a hazard because the driver is not able to control the communications features when they take on a life of their own.
Interior dome light started flickering, looked up to see why, through the rear view mirror flames could be seen.vehicle was in motion at highway speed, approx. 65 mph. Car had 22,000 miles on it.
On 11/19 at approximately 4:00 pm traveling at about 20 mph on a two lane street with no visible vehicles around a pop sound followed by glass rolling off the back of the vehicle occurred; a failure of the sunroof.
Rearview camera- has not consistently worked for two years - i get either a black screen with the standard backup warning, a flickering/rolling screen, no change from having it in drive/park or it works.the flickering screen does seems to happen more on damp/wet days, but can happen anytime.having limited neck movement, this device is essential.when taken to dealer, seems to work, showed them videos, they say unless they see the camera in operation, nothing can be done. Attached is one still photo (taken 8 sep 17, i also have a video of the rolling screen.

The contact owns a 2015 mazda 3. While driving approximately 70 mph on the highway, the sun roof exploded without warning. The contact sustained minor cuts, which did not require medical attention. The vehicle was driven to the dealer (sport mazda,9786 s orange blossom trail, orlando, fl 32837), but was not diagnosed. The dealer repaired the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and approved the remedy. The failure mileage was 35,000.
The infotainment system has a ghost feature: it starts to dial numbers automatically, change stations without any user input and many other disruptions as if there is a cloud monkey installed in the system. Issue exists after resetting the system. There is no way to turn off the system and i am just driving around with the system beeping all the way. It is extremely distracting and is affecting the driving. Mazda dealer charged $150 to say this is a common issue and only way to resolve is to replace it with another infotainment system: cost $1500. I reached out to mazda using their owner's portal and got no response. Its only a matter of time someone gets into an accident due to this hidden feature of mazda.
The car had a catastrophic electrical failure, mazda is unable to diagnose the cause.i have asked mazda and the dealer by phone, email, and postal mail what i should do if this occurs on the highway.i have gotten no response from mazda. I am concerned that this is a safety issue.while driving the car on a city street, during the day of 8/11/16,all the indicator lights flashed on and the air conditioner stopped.the engine was still running. I pulled in to a parking lot and turned off the engine.i tried to start it again (push button) and nothing happened; no lights, no sounds. I waited several minutes and tried to start the car again. This time it started. I turned it off and tried to start it again, nothing happened. I called mazda roadside assistance and had the car towed to adealer. On 8/20/16the dealer told me they were unable to diagnose the problem.it seemed that more than 60 error codes had gone on a once, but they could not find a cause.i have emailed and written to mazda asking if it is safe to drive the car on the highway, asking if it were tohappen again would the and what i should do if it happens.more than a month has passed and i have had no response from mazda.
Radiator hose disconnected which drained antifreeze and caused vehicle to run hot.
I was driving down a highway leaving work when i heard a loud bang, then noticed my sunroof had a large hole in it.i pulled over to inspect the damage and to see what could have hit me, there was no evidence of any impact- with barely any glass inside the car.the break looks like it exploded outwards.
Good afternoon, my car is experiencing the ghosting issue with my infotainment screen. This is happening in many mazda 3's throughout the country and is a big safety hazard as it is distracting while we are driving. Currently it is a warranty issue but this should be a recall instead and i shouldnt have to pay to have this fixed. My reasoning for this is when i am driving the screen will go crazy and select what it wants to and place calls and go into a bunch of different areas. This cause me and other drivers to take our eyes of the road and also our hands off the steering wheel to cancel calls or to exit where the screen decides to go.this in turn can cause accidents not only for myself but others on the road as well. There is no way to disable the touch feature in the settings itself so i cant disable this function if i wanted to without taken apart the dash and voiding my warranty. This happens when stationary, in motion, in the city and on the highway. This issue happens off and on through the week.
Bought new in 2015. Infomat system reboots 3 or 4 times when temperatures are below 40 degrees at start up in a unheated garage also while driving and cold engine light is still on.took to dealer a couple times, and informed them of the problem while still warranted, all they did was reboot the system.still doing itafter 4 years. Very frustrating, but now it's on my dime. One time it went completely black, so i figured out how to reboot it.
When the car is getting wet and running in a humps we always heard a squeaking or cracking sounds on the front wheel, likely its in front shock, i guess
On saturday, march 18, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., i was driving my 2015 mazda 3 (s touring) back to knoxville, tn from york, pa. After about an hour and a half of driving (near shippensburg, pa), i heard a loud sound like a gun shot and debris hitting the top of the car and then realized that my sunroof had shattered. I was in light traffic on the highway, traveling at the 70 mph speed limit. I was not behind another vehicle nor was my car struck by anything from the road or the air. After doing some research on the internet about my situation, i learned that the nhtsa refers to this problem as "spontaneous sunroof breakage."
Mazda infotainment display problem: the touch panel on my 2015 mazda3 operates by itself and does not accept touch commands properly. I thought it was just my car, but a quick google search for "mazda 3 infotainment going crazy" returned several thousand articles and videos from frustrated mazda customers who have experienced this same problem. These defective displays create hazardous driving environments for me and others who live in states with 'hands-free' laws.
Sunroof exploded while driving on the highway going about 55 mph.weather was sunny about 70 degrees.no apparent reason why this would occur (ie. No rocks hit the car, etc).glass shattered into driver side of car and back seats.hole in the glass was in middle of the pane and expanded out.car has approximately 50k miles.
Defective windshield wiper 0n my 2015 mazda3, that nhtsa acknowledged defective on mazda 3. 2016,17, 18, were defective and recalled. I want my auto to be acknowledgment for the same defect. The dealership wants on estimate $900. This seems totally unfair.my windshield wiper renders my vehicle unsafe. After your acknowledgment of the defect. While driving and washing my window with the wire fluid, the wipers stopped instead if teturing to th wiper bay. The next day in heavy rainfall in seattle. They stopped working without me having to manually switch between settings. Creating an extremely dangerous situation. I feel that i am being held hostage to a very high price. After your commission recognized this hazard. I want my repair, and i want justice.
Windshield has begun chipping in multiple places in only the first 1.5 months / 1400 miles of use creating a safety issue (visibility of the road is impaired). What is surprising is the rapidness at which they occur.
I was driving about 60mph on a 4 lane us route when i heard a loud bang coming from my sunroof. I look in the rearview mirror and see a large chunk of glass flying behind me. I open the sunroof visor partially and notice i am missing glass. The glass for my sunroof is tempered. It was about 65 degrees and very humid, but no precipitation. The picture is from a parking lot about 10mins after the incident.
