Dt*:the contact stated while driving a company garbage truck at 45mph another vehicle pulled out in front of the truck.after swerving to avoid a collision the vehicle crashed into a semi-truck.the driver was thrown from the vehicle and was pronounced deceased at the scene.the contact's son was driving the garbage truck.there was a police report filed and the fire department was alerted as a precaution.two hours before the crash the contact was informed the brakes were malfunctioning.the contact does not know if the vehicle was inspected.
