Nar 07/02/2003attached is a correspondence from the tartan maintenance managementconcerning vibrations in the drive line onheavy duty class 8 tractors they serviced in their shop. Because of the damaged driveline nine out of ten tires had to recapped.
Automatic locking part for the rear end does not function as it should, rear end will not lock into eliminate skid situations. Dealer contacted and remedied the problem.
