"takata recall". The first recall notice from lincoln motor was in july 2016.a second notice was sent in december 2017 stating repair would be done in the spring of 2018. Gave a warning "do not use front passenger seat"after almost 2 years the repair still has not been done.the vehicle has only 42000 miles and is not used except for infrequent short local trips with only the driver in the vehicle

"takata recall" received recall letter many months ago.dealer says no remedy yet from takata.received december 23, 2017 a bankruptcy chapter 11 notice from tk holdings (takata).checked with dealer again and there is no remedy for this since original recall number 16s26, june 2016, nhtsa recall number, 16v384.considering the seriousness of this recall, when can the consumer expect this to be corrected

"takata recall" -- we just got a letter from lincoln and now we cannot even put a passenger in our right front seat. We cannot drive our vehicle with two people in the front seat.. Why they do not offer us a loaner vehicle i am not sure but right now the vehicle does not meet our needs.

"takata recall",for 2 years i have been receiving info. Regarding this recall and for 2 years have been contacting the dealership, to hear the same thing over and over that they still do not have the parts to replace this airbag, so how many people have to get killed from this before the problem is resolved.some one ran a stop sign and ran into my car good thing the air bag did not go off since my granddaughter was seated in the passanger seat.come on people tend to this once and for all.just complaining about the situation not reporting the accident, there for the date listed below is the day that i sent this in.

Takata recall.i have been calling lincoln on a regular basis for 2 years hoping to get my airbag replaced.i keep getting the same old story of "it will be ready in 4-6 months".the date keeps getting pushed out.they need to expedite these repairs.

Dealer could give me no information about the airbag replacement. The service manager said that he did not get the newest information about it

I have been to ford dealer more than once about this recall with no results.they tell me they do not know when parts will be available and this is my only vehicle!

We received a letter from lincoln motor co. In december 2017 notifying us of a potential of an air bag explosion in our 2010 mkx. We were told not to allow anyone to sit in the passenger side front seat until the problem could be remedied. It's now march 28, 2018 and i called ford customer service. I was told i need to be patient and continue to leave the vehicle parked and use a different vehicle or have any passengers ride in the back seat because they still don't have the parts to fix it. My question is: if this so called safety device is the safety hazard which could result in injury or death, why can't it be disconnected or disabled. Expecting people to travel without being able to use the passenger front seat or use an alternate vehicle because a safety device that vehicles did without for over 100 years is the real safety issue is certainly a fools solution to the problem. If there are so many vehicles in need of these parts that they can't be repaired in a timely manner, then maybe there needs to be an alternative solution.

Takata recall there is no remedy available yet, and i am forced to drive a deathtrap.

Takata recall - this vehicle has been parked in our garage for 8 months.this vehicle has 73,000 miles & is in excellent condition.i have my doubts that this vehicle will ever be repaired to drive again.i have received 2 letters from lincoln advising of the problem; however, no notice of if& when this vehicle will be repaired.i believe this delay belongs to lincoln & this vehicle should be replaced with a 2018 vehicle that is drivable.

Takata recall, nhtsa recall no. 16v384, lincoln recall no. 16s2611-23-16, i turned steering wheel to begin to park in shopping mall garage. Driver airbag immediately deployed prior to impact which caused me to hit the concrete wall ahead.there were no other passengers in the vehicle.recall notice received july 2016 on passenger airbag.obviously, there is a problem with the driver airbag also.we contacted lincoln dealer when we received the notice & also contacted athem an additional 2 ' 3 times to check on status of recall repair with no results.was told parts had not been received yet & that we would be notified when to schedule an appointment for the recall repair.

I received a takata recall dated june 1, 2016 regarding a problem with airbags.i have not hada personal injury because of the airbag defect.however, i fear that the airbag inflator could rupture creating a risk of injury.i have been in contact with my lincoln car dealer periodically and takata has never sent replacement parts to the car dealer and therefore the problem was never fixed.since takata has now gone under chapter 11 bankruptcy i fear that the airbag parts will never be replaced.

My breaks sound like air is flowing out when i push on them & the lock up , this seems to be a problem with tons of mkx !! so why is there no recall!!!! my daughter was driving the other day and the breaks completely lock up in her , she almost wreaked!!! i know there are recalls on other mkx 2010!! there needs to be one in all of them because someone is going to get hurt due to them!!

Takata recall:took my 2010 lincoln mkx to hooks lincoln in fort worth, and asked them when i might expect to get my passenger side airbag replaced.the service manager told me to go back home and wait for a letter telling me when to bring my car in for the airbag replacement.it's been 16 months and i have not heard anything from anybody.i have friends that had the same recall on their lexus vehicles and the airbags were replaced in less than 6 months form their notice.they were put in rent cars for that wait time at no charge to them.hooks manager laughed at me when i asked for a rental car to await deliver of new airbag.piss poor handling of so-called serious safety recalls.

Takata inflators...received recall notice, but lincoln dealers simply state they don't have replacement parts yet. Recall came from postal service while car in garage.

The contact owns a 2010 lincoln mkx. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 16v384000 (air bags). The part to do the repair was not available. Takata recall. Received notification from dealer mid 2016. Dealer states part is not available yet from mfg. Has been over a year since notification. Not sure of exact date but dealer will have record.

Takata inflators: we haven't had a problem yet but the last few years the front driver's and passenger's airbags have rattling noises when on bumpy roads. Hearing the rattling noises makes me believe there are parts loose in both which could put the driver and passenger in danger. I have been patiently waiting for a recall. If i choose to have them replaced on my own, will i be reimbursed? it is very scary hearing what happens to these airbags and i think hearing the rattling makes our car one of the ones a danger and should be on recall please. I did report it to ford dealer but they did not record my concern, we were all thinking we'd be on recall list. Please, please consider my vehicle for recall.

Takata recall -- the lincoln motor company has forwarded a letter dated december 2017 stating -- "warning:until remedy parts become available, do not allow anyone to sit in the first row passenger seat."this makes our car basically useless.when i contacted mountain view ford/lincoln dealership today at 423-756-1331 and asked if they would disconnect just the passenger airbag and they stated that it was unlawful.yet, i can be notified that my vehicle is not basically usable because someone could be injured or killed!!!who do i contact to get my passenger airbag disconnected so my husband and i can utilize the vehicle since this is our only vehicle.

Takata recall was in june of 2016 and all i have from the lincoln motor company saying parts may become available in the spring of 2018, with no indication when my car will be fixed. They say do not use the front passenger seat which makes the car virtually useless for a family of 5.is this acceptable?

Takata recalli received a recall notice from lincoln in june of 2016. Replacement parts are still not available in october of 2017. I understand the older the vehicle is the more likely there is to be a problem. The car only has 80000 mile and we plan to drive it several more years.

Takata recall - i have 2 lincoln mkx vehicles, a 2010 and a 2008.the lincoln dealership that i have called for one has been waiting on parts, apparently since the recall in 6/2016.i have called the companies listed on the airbagrecall.com website and none of them in my town do the airbag recall replacement.this recall seems to involve a very dangerous and life threatening situation and i would like to know where i can get the airbags in both of my vehicles replaced. The length of time that this has gone one is unacceptable.

Takada recalli have a 2010 lincoln with a recall safety for the airbags. I am afraid to drive my car youtube if i should get in an accident i could lose my life due to this recall. I still on this car and it is sitting in my driveway. I'm afraid to drive it because i could lose my life i have called all the ford places and lincoln places even to dearborn michigan the lincoln motor company and no one can tell me when this problem will be fixed. I am still making note payment on this car i feel this is very unfair to me and some of the other people that have to go through this. Feel this is unfair to be forced to drive a car that has a safety recall on it knowing that you can lose your life because of negligent through someone else. I would like to no when and can this be fixed before someone does lose their life behind this

Takata recall. I'm filing this complaint due to excessive time to repair a potentially deadly defect. Mfg recall # 16v384 1 june 2016.

Driver's door ajar warning showing on control panel

First it was the alarm system it would lock me out the car. Then it was the air conditioning it would only turn on when it wanted too. Then i would press the seat cooler and it malfunctioned and i had a second degree burn on my lower back. Then the check engine light came on and it started to overheat. I pulled over turned off the ignition and the car was still running. That happened twice my mechanic would come turn the car off even by disconnecting the battery the car was still on somehow he had to disconnect another part for car to turn off. He told me not move it anymore. 15 to 20 minutes later the car was on fire and the fire department came and turned it off. I bought the car on 4/24/2021 and it was on fire on 05/27/2021.

Design failure.lincoln mkxinstrument panel does not light up in thedaytime.consequently, it is extremely difficult to see the speedometerand know how fast you are going, especially in bright sunshine and traveling n or s as the speedometer is in deep shadow.the potential for excessive speed accidents is great!

Driving down the highway and my car started running weird and had no power. Pulled over and there was steam coming from the engine compartment. The coolant jug was empty. Checked the oil and it it was milky and steaming as well.

The contact owns a 2010 lincoln mkx. While driving 30 mph, the check engine warning light illuminated. The failure occurred constantly. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vin was invalid. The failure mileage was 58,000.

Engine temperature suddenly spiked and the on-board computer shut down the engine while driving on local highway. Speed about 45 mph and was able to pull to shoulder. Opened hood and found the coolant reservoir empty so added water and was able to drive the three miles to home. Added additional coolant but shortly thereafter (5 - 7 miles of driving) the engine started to run rough and ended up having the car towed to the lincoln/ford dealership.the dealer reports that the water pump which is interanaql has failed resulting in coolant and debris entering the crankcase and contaminating the engine oil. On-line research indicates that this is a common problem. The dealership estimates that the repair cost will be $3,100.00 but this is for the water pump and motor oil only and does not address any abrasion or damage to the cam shaft.

Driving at night headlights started to flicker and then went out. 1st left side then right side. Solder connecting headlight assembly to electrical wiring dissolved.per ford dealership the solder is dissolving because the electrical circuitry in the headlight assembly overheated causing the solder connection to fail. This happened three times.the first two time the dealership re-soldered the connection.the third time they had to replace the headlight assembly with a new er headlight assembly with updated internal circuitryfrom my conversation with the ford dealership this had happen in the higher end models of the lincolns that are a few years old. Why did i have to wait for it to happen three times before they told me it is an internal design defect of the headlight assembly.the cost of the replacement assembly for both sides is around $2,300.i got caught with this twice late at night,i originally thought it was the headlight bulbs.fortunately, i was still relatively close to home, and not halfway into my 180 trip i was starting out on. This happened around 4 in the morning when i was driving on a rural highway without street lights. Not very pleasant driving without headlights.

The contact owns a 2010 lincoln mkx. The contact stated that the driver side low beam headlight failed.after inspecting the vehicle he realized that the wiring harness was melted. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who verified the failure and advised that the wiring harness needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was repaired. The failure and current mileage was 55,000.the wiring harness for the low beam melted into the light bulb. Updated 07/18/12

The suv will make a noise when braking. Also sometimes it will not stop the suv and i've had to hit a ditch to avoid a car crash

Upon morning start up, there is ahigh pitch whistling sound which lasts apx the first 15 minutes of driving time.it can be heard inside & outside the car & with the radio on or off.i have complained since about feb 2014 about this sound while the car was still under its bumper to bumper warranty.i requested each time that the dealership have a female listen for the noise and they did not do that.it is a known fact than men lose their hearing in the high frequencies the dealership performing my initial maintenance did not note this issue on the repair order, although i reported it to them several times.the second dealership had a female employee listen for it; she was able to hear and point out the sound to the service advisor who then did hear the sound.they are not certain, but believe that the sound is coming from the fuel pump inside the fuel tank. Since this is not looked upon as a failure, only a nuisance, i am told it is not covered by my extended warranty and frankly, i feel it should have been resolved under my bumper to bumper warranty!i found this exact complaint in two you tube video re: 2008 ford edge https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=roco7_tgjhg and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hqcunsy1enc .according the to person who posted these 2 videos, his dealership could not identify/fix the problem, so he sold his 2008 ford edge.in my opinion, this is not a "normal" or acceptable sound to listen to each morning at start up. I feel this sound is actually damaging my hearing since i am exposed to it for so long each day. Continual sounds like this are not healthy for the ears! since it is against the law, i cannot drive with earplugs to minimize the damage to my hearing. This is the 3rd issue i am reporting regarding this vehicle. The other two regard the emergency brake and the driver's seat intermittently rocking while driving.

I love my lincoln mkx.high performance vehicle of safety and luxury and in comfort and style.i love it.however, my gas is terrible and the car acts like it is going to loose power as the gas isn't getting a full line to go through.i haven't had this problem until 2-3 months ago.my gas mileage is very poor now> to have this fixed there gas been a safety recall for over 1 year maybe 2 years now.i have been on a toi call list agt local dealer to get it fixed. When is this going to happen.,you guys owe me tons of wasted gas.

The parking brake on my lincoln mkx will not hold the vehicle on a slope. The dealer and ford motor company say that there is nothing that can be done about it.according to them, the brake is designed to function when the transmission is in park.using the transmission to hold the car does not comply with the federal regulations for parking brakes which are quite clear.the regs state that:"every combination of motor vehicles must be equipped with a parking brake system adequate to hold the vehicle or combination on any grade on which it is operated, under any condition of loading in which it is found on a public road (free of ice and snow)." there is no mention of the transmission or park in the regulations.the brakes alone will not hold the vehicle so the vehicle is quite dangerous. Property and people will be damaged. The same braking system is used on the ford edge.

Vehicle started makinghumming sound while accelerating at low speed. Noticed a leak of very dark fluid the following day. Took it to mechanic who diagnosed the issue as a leaking ptu (power transfer unit). I've looked into this and there appears to be a issue with the design on the seals. It appears to be a prevalent issue with ford edge/lincoln mkx that has not been acknowledged/corrected by ford. I've attached a link showing numerous complaints and some examples of people losing power/acceleration while driving. Http://gotaclassaction.com/15796-2/.

Transmission range sensor bad- -on several occasions while vehicle was in drive, vehicle stopped moving, twice on highway (moving in middle lane), twice on downhill exit ramp (stopped at red light), and twice on city street incline (in motion), yellow wrench indicator flickered on at least two of these occasions which dealer said recorded a known problem, cost to replace sensor $930.40

Transmission slipping, then slamming into gear. Like everyone that has this problem, and there are many ford edge and lincoln mkx forums on various web sites have been complaining about this problem. Take it to the dealer and they cant find any problem. Or they say it is normal, are they for real...im taking the tsbinfo to them this week and see what they say. Dont they even read these tsb reports? here is five that i have found so far. Tsb 10-21-2 10-9-911-5-611-12-10 sb-21430never seen anything on the service write up about these tsb issues after i picked up my mkx. They reset the computer and send you on your way and it will run fine for a thousand miles and start the slip and slam again. It will not happen all the time and that is the problem when you take it back to the dealer for service. Working with ford customer relations center on this issue.

Ptu (power transfer unit) which is a nonservisable unit fails and has been on numerous vehicles. This failur has the potential of causing a serious accident due to it possibly locking up and causing a vehicle lose of control. I drive on the highway and didn't notice an issue until i slowed down to get off when i heard a grinding noise. Transmission shop told me i was lucky mine didn't lock up.

For the past 5 years, my driver's seat has made a metal on metal loud slipping noise when making turns and braking. The dealer advised me (out of warranty) that it was a broken seat track and is common occurrence. I lived with the annoyance, but it has recently turned much worse allowing the seat to move a greater distance and more frequent. I am afraid the seat will come apart or not withhold in an accident. Many forums identify this issue amongst many ford and lincolns.

The seats shift backward when accelerating and move forward when braking, this is a safety hazard. Ford refuses to fix out of warranty, but reading online this is a very common issue.

The drivers and passenger seats tilt backwards during acceleration (usually hard start). The seats would also tilt forward on hard braking.after some research online, i found a lot of ford and lincoln owners complaining about the issue on both low and high mileage cars. It seems to be a common problem on all lincon mkx and ford edge. It seems from the comments on various online forums the problem is more common in cars with power seats.i am afraid that with the "play" in the seat tracks, the car would become unsafe during an accident.it seems some ford dealership are aware of this issue already and consider it "normal" behavior, some are fixing it under warranty.owners with no warranty are exposed to potentially dangerous defect of the vehicle.

I am not sure if this is the right place to present this issue, but will explain my concern here.i have an issue with the location of the driver's seat location in my lincoln mkx.i am 6'2" tall and have long legs.i have had a knee replacement which left me with reduced range of motion in my leg.my issue is that i cannot straighten my leg out enough to be comfortable while driving due to the limited rearward motion of the seat.in speaking with the service manager at the dealer where i purchased the vehicle, he suggested that i contact ford/lincoln directly.in doing so, they advised that contact you people at this e-mail address.it is my intention to point out this matter to you and seek some advice and direction.my proposal is to raise the seat height approximately 3" and add a piece of flat metal under the seat track which could be redrilled to allow the seat to move rearward approximately 3+".these modifications would use the same holes in the seat track and the attachment locations in the floor that exist now.any replacement bolts that would be used would of equal grade of the original bolts.this modification would allow me to sit higher and further back from the brake and gas pedals while allowing my leg to be straighter, therefore more comfortable.i have seen this type of modification done on other vehicles and it works.if done properly it would not alter the level of safety in the vehicle.at this point ford/lincoln will not support this modification without my presenting the idea to you people for your support on the modification.if you could review this request and advise me on this matter by return e-mail, i would appreciate it.

The suv will make a noise when braking. Also sometimes it will not stop the suv and i've had to hit a ditch to avoid a car crash

Brake booster failure. Loss of break assistance while attempting to slow down. Accompanied by hissing sound. Symptoms identical to ford customer satisfaction program #13n02. That recall covers vehicles build in may onward. My vehicle was build in march. Coverage should include this vehicle as well as brake component failure is recognized. Symptom occurred while braking on a highway

I was driving on the highway to school with my children in the vehicle, as traffic began to slow i went to depress the brake pedal and the vehicle would simply not slow. The pedal literally was down to the floor. I luckily had provided myself with enough distance to have time to slow down and avoid an accident. I will not jeopardize the safety of my children, myself or other drivers on the road. I am forced to resolve this issue either way but it is very obvious that lincoln has a problem that has carried over to the manufactured date of my vehicle. This is adisaster just waiting to happen.

Still waiting for air bags and noe my brake booster went out within a week. I did find that there was a extended warranty for some but my vin number did not qualify. This to me is a life threatening. I've replaced my rotors and pads but in all 45 years driving, never brake booster. I'm sure i am not the only one with this problem as others have been given the extended warranty coverage. The fact that this is was done on some but not all, does not make safety sense to me. I almost hit someone but thank god i had been driving a safe distance back.as i stated, usually someone has had to die before a recall is in place. I don't want that person to me me.

Ford motor company is recalling 600,000 vehicles for a faulty valve in the hydraulic braking system. The recall doesn't currently include the 2010 mkx which i own. I have had an intermittent braking problem the last three months in which i took it in and was given new brakes and rotors but hasn't fixed the problem of the brake petal intermittently becoming harder while braking requiring a longer distance to brake. I want to know if other mkx owners have had a similar experience? when i heard about the 19s54 recall i know that my vehicle is having the same problem. What can i do to be included in the recall? calling them is an automated nightmare in which you enter your vehicle number and are told it doesn't include your vehicle. It took two years to be included on the airbag recall. Thank you

Vehicle in motion; brake booster produced "hissing" sound when braking; brake pedal becomes stiff with loss of power-assisted braking, increasing stopping distances. Began as intermittent problem without any advance warning for when it would occur next.

The brakes are spongy when pressure is applied. A recall is in place for vehicles produced in the same plant as our vehicle. The recall begins with may production in 2010, our car came from that plant in april 2010. Please extent recall to cover our vehicle for the identical problem, from the identical plant. An auto repair shop found the problem. We have owned vehicle less than 2 years and it is driven less than 2000 miles per year.

My brake booster went out.i did find that there was a extended warranty for some but my vin number did "not" qualify. Sounds like a lie to me. This is a life threatening. I am not the only one with this problem as others have been given the extended warranty coverage. The fact that this is was done on some but not all, does not make safety sense to me. My car was assembled at the designated site that had the problem. I am having my car repaired at a "non-ford" mechanic, since the last time i went to a ford dealer, the dealer tried "theft by deception" on me.

My wife was driving to work and tried to apply brakes and pedal went to the floor, she was a sufficient distance away from the other car to avoid an accident.

Starting in early fall 2019, multiple problems with breaks, replaced all pads & rotors now x 2. Break peddle has intermittent spongy feel- isn't consistent pressure, sometimes is super hard to press down, other times press it for a long time and the vehicle isn't stopping.peddle makes a hiss noise and sometimes strange clicks with very inconsistent pressure. Re- replaced all break pads again 2/24/20, our mechanic notified us its the break booster part failure. This is known year and part failure for our mkx. I've called lincoln. They refuse to offer us the extended warranty repair upfront, even though we've paid for breaks x2 in less than 6 months. This irregular brake peddle problem occurs on all roads freeway/ side streets. Our vehicle has 100k miles on it, well under their 150k mile warranty for this part and is 10 years.lincoln we'd have to submit the receipt and maybe then our vin will be included in the recall warranty afterward. I feel the safety of myself and our family is extremely jeopardized and lincoln is trying to avoid responsibility to fix this known part failure at any length. (called micheal at lincoln care on 2/27/20 case #cas25802085-v3k5d6) we also had purchased an extended warranty on this car for 36 months (but have just 4k miles over the miles limit), only month 28. We feel lincoln is intentionally being dishonest towards their quality and safety of their product mkx. I'm worried that there will be an accident.i'm not even asking to compensated for 2 sets of brakes in a few months, i am asking for the known failed brake booster part to be replaced through the lincoln warranty (sb-10054925) for lincoln to stand behind their car for the safety of my family and others on the roadway.

My brakes started making a hissing noise when the brakes were applied. The hissing sound became louder and i noticed the brakes were very hard to press and the even when pressing to the floor the car was very hard to come to a complete stop. I took the car to the shop and replaced the front brake pads. The hissing sound was still there along with a whistle sound. I was told the brake booster was bad. My car only has 138,000 miles on it. I was told to call to see if there were recalls. There is a recall on 2010 lincoln mkx however i was told that my car did not qualify although lincoln is very familiar with this problem. Recall number for this problem which does not include my vehicle is 13n02

Car was put into park (on a slight slope), then parking/emergency brake was applied. Brake did not hold and rolled 10 - 12 inches into another parked car. What good is an emergency/parking brake if it takes that long to engage? luckily i pressed the regular brake and backed the car up further before putting again into park and applying the parking/emergency brake. This is the second time this has happened. In both cases, the lincoln pushed into the other car's bumpers allowing me to see the other car move based upon the pressure exerted by the lincoln. Fortunately, none of the bumper's were damaged. I will also be reporting another 2 problems with this vehicle.

Exterior front passenger door handle broke and completely separated from vehicle during normal opening operation. Vehicle was stopped in "park' under normal opening procedure.

Vehicle was driving down highway on two lane road around mountain higher elevation area and just randomly wheel jerked and turned on its own and my brakes did not want to work when they were working just fine a few seconds prior and i would not control steering wheel and i heard car acceleration goes more power which i did not do and it did on my own causing me to hit guardrail and break through it and down a cliff smashing into a tree on driver side door making me trapped in car when airbag did not deploy from steering wheel and explosion of chards of mental and glass getting in my face and hand.*dt

I opened my car door from the inside drivers seat and heard a loud pop. My door handle doesn't seem broken, but will not open from the inside now.the car was in park when it happened.

The lincoln in question belong to my wife who is the title holder of the car. I was using my wife's car on 06/14/2018 and was backing out of a parking area at union and liberty street in milford, mi,i came to the street at the end of the parking area, i pushed the break to stop so that i could continue onto union street as soon i applied the break, the car accelerated at high speed backward and even though i was pressing the break it didn't stop until crashing into a home next to the parking area. The speed of acceleration was so intense that from start to finish it was over in a matter of seconds.i was so shook up that that my mind was not able to compute what had just happened. The car was damaged on the passengers side of the car, but it took out porch and the window area of the house.the car showed no damage that would prevent it from being able to drive, yet when i attempted to drive a few blocks to my home, the power steering wasn't working and the car kept steering to the right shoulder of the road. This led me to believe there is something worng with the engine

The vehicle was in our garage with the door closed and the rear hatch window shattered.the window is completely shattered with two softball sized holes where the glass was blown out onto the garage floor.no one was in the car nor the garage when this happened and there were no items in the car that could have caused the damage.we have not moved the vehicle hoping lincoln would care enough to come and see what has happened.they told us they would not send anyone to view the window.the concern is that this is a safety issue that could possibly injure a passenger.this report is provide evidence of our experience.
