The dealer repaired the rear window with the identical failure five years ago. The battery was replaced twice since therecent failure occurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure; however, the dealer was not. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 30,000 and the current mileage was 82,000.
