I received a safety recall from lexus sometime last year, although i don't know exactly when.there is no date on any of the information that was sent to me, but i believe it was sometime last summer.nothing has happened to my car, yet, but i don't believe a "safety" recall notice should take months and months to be fixed.when i got the notice, i called my lexus dealership and asked when i could expect my car to be fixed and they said they did not know when they would get the part and would let me know.i have never heard from them.this recall is for a low pressure fuel pump which could cause the vehicle to stall while driving.to confirm, so far nothing has happened to my car.nhtsa no. 20v-682i am putting today's date in the area of "when did this happen".
