I had the lexus nx200 year 2017 only for a little over a month and got into a accident. On june 16 i got into a car accident. My car was considered total lost with head on collision front damage with another vehicle and my air bags never deployed. The opposite vehicle air bags deployed. My safety was put at risk for this matter. My had hit the steering wheel and i was treated in the hospital with a head injury and swelling to the face. Right arm was also injured. The vehicle is being expect as total lost from the insurance company. I never had a warning.
While driving my car, the vehicle would not let me drive pass 20 miles. My engine light came on and my tractor off came on. Almost causing an accident. Also, my car cut off while driving. I took it to lexus service repair and they said itā€™s a fuel pump issue. I see a recall was list for my car but the year 2015. Mine is a 2017 and lexus is trying to make me pay for a service knowing that other cars had the same issues.
