Jim falk lexus of beverly hills (9701 wilshire blvd #100, beverly hills, ca 90212) was contacted and confirmed that the part was not available for the recall repair. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair.the manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.
