Lock actuator is bad

The contact owns 2015 lexus gx470 n/a. The contact stated that the door actuator failed to latch and the driver's side door, passenger's side front door and rear driver's side door failed to unlock while his wife was trying to exit the vehicle. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to park place lexus plano (6785 dallas pkwy, plano, tx 75024, (844) 875-5266) where it was diagnosed and determined that driver's side door actuator needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure however, no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 49,800.

My car was parked in the driveway of my home when my friend opened it to get inside and noticed a horrid smell!!..when she went to investigate, she found the back seat was melted like a tar pit!!the back seat of my car has rear seat heaters and the entire seat above where those were were black sticky goo.1.the car was parked and off when this occurred2.there was a bag of dog food on the seat that was unscathed.3.lexus is refusing to cover the damage.4.the backseat is normally where my children sit!!...5.this is a brand new car with 5000 miles on it, and it wasn't even running!!lexus dealer said they can't open a claim, only me, so i did, they sent an inspector, and denied the claim..i tried to appeal and they denied the claim again..saying they sent me a letter stating why but won't tell me over the phone or let me speak to a claims manager.the letter is being sent my regular mail, so good luck with that one.when i requested for her to email me the response she also refused.

Cpsc: 2015 lexus gx460: consumer stated the rear seats melted due to the seat heaters. The car was parked in the driveway and not on at the time of the incident. *ssthe consumer stated the burn went all the way down to the frame. Lexus denied her claim.

After i drived 20000 miles, the break is very loose, i have to hit the break vet hard to stop the car.since last time , i went to dealer to fix my gps, i even cant control the steering wheel after that,i went to the mavis for the break issues, they said i have to change front / back breaks immediately, i changed the breaks, i can drive 28000 miles, the break suppose work well.

The contact owns a 2015 lexus gx460. While driving approximately 20 -25 mph and approaching a stop sign, the brake pedal was applied and the brakes failed to respond.the vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was diagnosed that a valve inside the braking system failed.in addition, there was a unknown component found in the braking system causing the vehicle to leak brake fluid internally.the mechanic unplugged the connector to the braking computer system. The vehicle was on late november 2014.

Front driver door actuator jams, and does not allow the driver to enter or exit the car. In an emergency, the car door does not open, posing a serious life threatening situation. Many folks who own lexus gx and toyota 4runners have experienced the same situation. This is a serious issues that toyota needs to address.

Bridgestone dueler ht tire blew out sidewall while driving at 70 mph.no tread damage. Pressure was normal as per monitor.2015 lexus gx460 was only 3 months old with 1300 miles.i also reported on your tire site but it would not accept 2015 gx as a model.
