I own a 1995 lexus gs300 there has been a recall on suspension front arm lower ball joint for every year of the first generation gs300 1993-1997.somehow my lexus gs300 did not make the recall, because my vin# did not fall within the range.12/21/2007 while driving home from work my driverside front wheel separate at the ball joint.fortunately i was not hurt, and i wasn't on the highway, but this could have been a potential hazardous situation.i had my vehicle towed to the nearest lexus dealer, but i was told that i would have to pay for the repairs to the front ball joint on my vehicle.
