Local dealership sent out notice of recall in july 2016. Is not expecting to have parts for recall until september/october 2017, over a year later. Can't use passenger seat due to possible injury. Waiting over a year for a replacement is unacceptable.
Whenever battery is disconnected, the air bag system is disconnected.
During collision no deployment of both driver and passenger frontal airbags.*mjs
Cpsc:i1480469a. Land rover range rover. Consumer stated since purchasing the vehicle she has been having problems. *lnthe consumer stated the same day she purchased the vehicle, the steering wheel malfunction, and she was unable to drive the vehicle off the dealers lot. On august 22, 2009, the vehicle stalled and the security feature in the truck shut the entire system down.
