Was traveling 50mph when another vehicle made a left in front.consumer's vehicle was "t"-boned by discovery. At time of impact, neither air bag deployed. Vehicle at body shop. Insurance adjuster will be checking vehicle. Driver suffered back & knee injuries. Emergency room treatment for passenger.
Consumer stated there was a knocking noise coming from the engine, dealer replaced the rocker arms.the passenger side seat didn't move back and forth, the abs and traction control lights illuminated, there was a hissingnoise coming from the radio. Updated

The vehicle started to smoke under the hood.the consumer heard pop sound followed by intensive smoke coming out of the engine area.the consumer was denied fire warranty by the dealer.
Consumer sates after driving a few minutes, there is a loud hissing noise coming from the radio.

Consumer noticed when the outside temperature is hot gasoline filler neck does not allow you to putmore than 2 gallons. Dealer notified.
Consumer states the traction control light continuously illuminates.
Ohio traffic report, #10-91-509while driving the driveshaft broke causing the drive axle from the transfer case to the rear wheels to fall off of the vehicle. Vehicle lost control hitting a guard rail.

The contact owns a 1999 land rover discovery.while driving approximately 25 mph, the contact noticed that the seat heater became abnormally warm in the front driver seat.the vehicle was never inspected to determine the cause of the failure.she called another dealer, but they have failed to respond.the current and failure mileages were 175,000.
Brake failed to stop car for the 2nd time.1st time no accident 9 months ago.this time car is damaged and has caused property damage.
Dt:the consumercomplained about an abs brake problem. , there was a faulty right wheel sensor which causedthe hill descendent control, traction control light, and the abs light to come on . Contact started noticing this problem onaugust 1, 2005. Contact took thevehicle to the dealer,and they confirmedthis was a safety issue,but have not issued a recall. The dealer was going to fix the vehicleat consumer's expense. These lights stayed on all the time.
Consumer was slowing to a stop, when vehicle got to about 5 mph, the brake pedal forcefully pushed consumer's foot in an upward direction, consumer pushed back down on brake which now felt very hard and vehicle would not stop or even slow down, consumer states the pedal felt like grinding stone on stone, consumer rolled in to the car in front, thus stopping the vehicle.
The 1999 discovery series ii.tookvehicle to dealer for brake problem.but dealer could not determine the cause of the problem.two days later while driving braking system malfunctioned, causing a rear end collision.please provide further information.

While driving on the i-10 expressway in new orleans, the steering mechanism stopped working, by the grace of god, i did not crash into other vehicles.i immediately got off the i-10 heading towards my brother's home to tell him about my situation.he wasn't home.i called him on the cell phone.he told me to park the vehicle and call triple a.as i was backing out of his driveway to park the land rover, the steering wheel spun like a top with no control of the vehicle.triple a arrived and discovered a steering bolt separation.they tightened the bolt and towed the vehicle to my residence because it was the july 4th weekend, i had the vehicle towed to my home, not the dealership.(i mailed you a letter on june 12, 2006 with the rest of the details).
While going down a hill at about 30 miles vehicle would not stop. Had to crash into the back of another car in order for vehicle to stop.
While driving on gravel there was a popping noise and something was dragging. Also,steering was impossible. Dealer said tie rod broke at the connector.
The lift gate door hinge rusted through then snapped when i opened the door. The vehicle is less then 5 yrs old but because of the mileage the warranty has expired. My body shop mechanic that the door is too heavy for the hinges. This problem can't be seen until it occurs. If something as simple as openning the rear cargo door can cause the hinge to snap. What type of problem would a pot hole or a collision cause?dt
While lpulling into grage, making a full stop,engine started idling ,causing the vehicle to pull away from consumer . Consumer cut vehicle off to stop. Please provide fruther informaton.
Concerned about night driving safety - oncoming headlights and brakelights diffuse on heat filaments in heated windshield - creates a distraction from driving.dealer and factory say "get used to it".flaw could not be detected during daytime test drive.problem manifests itself at night when external light illuminates the glass.
