Domestic recalled via nhtsa the stove top for gas leak risk in november of 2020. We have requested parts and the fix via the dealer and no parts have been available. This is unacceptable.
Recall notice: dometic s31, r1731, r2131 cooking stove recall- 20e71. I have an effected unit per the recall notice. I've contacted dometic and received a reference # 62501154. However, it's been 3-months since i received my recall notice and i still do not have the repair parts. I want the parts expedited to asap so i can use my trailer
