We have taken our 2019 kz sportsmen to the dealer for the recall work on the solera smart arm awning.it has taken 4 trips so far and 3 repairs.each time, the problem reoccurred with the awning not working and the controller shorting out causing the lights to come on dimly and even, one time, the lights cycled through the 3 levels of intensity.we are waiting again for 3 weeks so far for the parts to come in.there is no excuse for the problem to reoccur 3 times so far.the supposed fix for the recall is inadequate.there havebeen several attempts and the date below is just the last time we brought it in for repair.we have been fortunate that the shorts have not caused the awning to deploy.we have had to pull the fuse to prevent that from happening.
