The contact owns a 2015 kymco super 8 15r (na). While driving approximately 45 mph, an abnormal grinding sound could be heard coming from the front end of the scooter with a vibration. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was towed to a dealer where it was diagnosed with a front wheel bearing issue, a missing front wheel collar, and a front fender bolt was missing. The vehicle was repaired on november 2, 2016, but the failures recurred. The contact heard a loud sound coming from the front end with a slight vibration. The dealer diagnosed that the front wheel bearing issues recurred. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified. The failure mileage was 237.
