The contact owned a 2000 kia sephia. While driving approximately 40 mph, another vehicle crashed into the contact's vehicle causing significant damage to the front end. The air bags failed to deploy. The driver suffered injuries to the right shoulder, head, and jaw bone. The front passenger sustained injuries to the right shoulder, head, and neck injuries. The rear seat passenger suffered a neck injury. All the occupants were transported to the hospital. A police report was filed. The vehicle was destroyed. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 86,000.

My wife owns a 2000 kia sephia,we were in a head on collision at 40mph and the airbags did not deploy. I was asked to mail pictures of this accident to kia and just received a phone call back saying the impact was too high for airbag deployment,are you kidding me,the whole frontend of the car is totaled and that's the best answer you can give me,oh yeah he said he was sorry.

My husband was driving on the highway, when a deer crossed and was hit by our vehicle. The car hit the deer broadside with the front end, then the car was knocked down into the ditch and hit an embankment with the front end. Both impacts were across the whole front of the car. The airbag did not deploy with either impact. The insurance company will be totaling the vehicle due to the amont of damage to the front end of the car.this is the first time we have had a crash in this vehicle so this is the first time we have noticed this defect.

Purchased vehicle approximately 10 days before accident and noticed immediately that the brakes were "mushy" and stopping distance seemed unusual.individual selling vehicle (not dealer) stated that this was normal for the vehicle.it was hard for me to be certain sinced my previous vehicle is known for very touchy brakes and i thought it might just be an adjustment period.however, i am a careful and patient driver and in 20 years of driving have had only 4 speeding tickets and zero accidents until i drove this car.after approximately9-10 days the check engine light came on.i was traveling at approx. 15 mph in heavy traffic with about one car length between myself and the pickup in front of me.the pickup driver slammed her brakes and i slammed mine only to have them go all the way to the floor and provide no resistance.i hit the pickup hard enough to severely bruise my arm on the steering wheel and cause several days of back and neck pain.some of this might have also been avoided if the airbags had deployed, but even though this crash was a full frontal accident they did not.after i left the vehicle, another small car hit the back of my vehicle and severely damaged the rear of my vehicle and the front of hers.her airbags deployed immediately and she sustained zero injuries.my car had only 58,000 miles on it and the tires were nearly new, so it appears to me that i had both brake and airbag failure resulting in the loss of my vehicle and personal injury as well as damage to the vehicles of the other two drivers.since my vehicle was not financed, it had liability insurance only.i have noticed multiple complaints on this site regarding both brake and airbag failures in the kia sephia, yet i found no recalls for these items by kia.
Dt:2000 kia sephia. Consumer's daughter was driving on july 26, 2005 whena deer ran in front of the vehicle,she slammed on the brakes and swerved to miss the deer.shehit the metal guard rail and a telephone pole head on.this totaled the vehicle.the airbags did not deploy.the vehicle was not inspected. A police report was issued. Consumer has a gash onright eye and her lip was swollen.she was taken by ambulance to the hospital.

I 🅾wn a 2000 kia sephia & the front drivers seatbelt retracts slow& does not lock. The passenger seatbelt does not retract @ all.additionally, the passenger front door lock does not lock as if the lock actuator has seized up.
The ignition key would turn, dealer could not duplicate the problem, also vehicle would not start, dealer replace the battery and alternator.
The seatbelt pretensioners is locked up & they (both driver/passenger) seatbelts "do not" reel back 2 provide securement of the passenger(s). Also, the electrical issue is the horn does not work even when there's a new fuse & horn. There's a defect in the steering wheel horn button.

When getting my 3,000 maintenance. The service man told me that they would not perform the maintenance check because the car needed a new computer. The computer chip needed to be replaced, so the maintenance would not be necessary. I've called every other week, trying to find out what and were the are on getting the computer. Here it is almost june, and no replacement. The check engine lightcontinues to gone on and off every other day. I am tired of calling the service department. I am a single mother of 3 boys with one income. That is why i purchased a kia, because i thought it was a reliable car. Can this please be investigated farther than what i can do. *nlm

Dt: while driving, the battery light came on and the engine began to run hot. The cooling system rocketed to high after the battery light illuminated. The engine went dead in the middle of the freeway. The car was towed to a dealership. The dealer informed the consumer they would not be able to check the vehicle until after july 11th.the consumer did not know what exactly the dealerships diagnosis was because they have yet to check vehicle.consumer suspected this was acooling system issue with battery problems as well.

When royal sold us the car no information was given to us that the car has 5 problems,with it.on the window was a sign saying it had cruise control it doesn't.also the finance company that is the holder has been really unprofessional.i had the car for only 4months had insurance they kept telling me i didn't,they send a man out to check for the third time.i went to my car to give him the information,he called the office of a.b.c. Finance to let them know i had insurance, starting joking with someone on the other line saying i had a knife to his throat.there was truth to that latter he returned to the office where he had learned the police were called to my home. Police knocked on my door with guns drawed ready to shoot. I was sitting with my daughter when they told us to keep our hands up,don't move. I'm on medication for depression so that didn't help matters at all.

Horn doesn't work properly. When it does work, horn sounds weak. Consumer took vehicle to the dealership for repair, and horn worked for a month.
Had the car one moth had bad transmission,1 month later horn sounds off and on.

At light or stop sign, vehicle acts as if it's going to stall and idles high, this especially happens when the ac or heater is running, fan kicks on while this is happening and all lights dim, one dealer replaced alternator which did not solve problem and later stated that the problem was a manufacturing defect with the relay switch, however they would not do any repair work without charging consumer even though the vehicle is still under warranty, consumer took vehicle to dealer where it was purchased and will not fix problem because they can't find anything wrong with it.
Started having problems with the cigarette lighter (used for cell phone charger) shorting out - pulled fuse so it's wouldn't start a fire.then at the end of june air conditioner started going on and off when i would hit a bump.finally went completely out and now being told wiring harness has to be completely replaced.kia will not pay for because my warranty is out! scared to drive it because they said wires are melting!!*nlm

While driving down highway, noticed smoke coming from dash area. Brakes were applied but failed. Kept trying brakes and finally managed to pull to side of road. Passengers left vehicle, looked under vehicle and saw flames. They got away from the car and within 5 or 10 minutes, whole car was in flames. Cause of fire is under investigation.

I was not notified of a problem.dealer reports faulty engine computer junction box. Service advisor reported a" short in fuse box" to me.
Electrical system under the dash has shorted out.the airconditioner, defrost, dash lights, are all unable to perform their duties.the fan blower is running constantly and no warning lights have issued a warning sign.the wires are bare and i have been told without replacing the entire assembly the car could catch on fire and blow-up the dash.

Consumer states a cloud of smoke began to rise from the hood of the vehicle, consumer pulled over and noticed that the anti-freeze was leaking when the vehicle was turned off, it was also during the incident that the engine overheated, mechanic replaced the cooling fan relay and fuse and resecured wiring connections, consumer states on a separate occasion the malfunction indicator light began to flash, in which the vehicle would slow down and then speed up, the vehicle felt as though it was going to loose power even as it struggled to reach 50 mph, vehicle began to back fire and a loud rattling noise from the engine, which forced consumer to have vehicle towed.
Engine fan would intermittently shut off and on.engine check light wouldcome on/ off intermittently. Also,problem withbrakes failing to stop vehicle properly. I bought a 2000 kia sephia on november 27, 2003.this car has the balance of a 100,000 mile powertrain warranty and only had 15,000 miles on it when i bought it.i noticed that it was using a quart of oil every 1,000 miles and after i changed the oil it was using a quart every 500 miles.i had already taken it in to the dealer for 15,000 mile servicing and took it back about this oil problem.the first thing they asked was permission to pull the heads, after which they informed me that the top of the motor was burnt and the only cause for this was failure to perform maintenance.i was asked to produce maintenance records for the life of the car, which i did.after producing these records, the service manager at the dealership now wanted permission to drop the oil pan.i gave it as i thought my car would finally be fixed.i called the service manager and was informed that since there was sludge in my oil pan they would not fix my car, even though i had proven it had been serviced, and it was still under factory warranty.i don't know where to go for help, so am filing this complaint hoping your agency can insome way help me.

Oil light came on.checked oil on 12/16/2000 & put in four quarts.vehicle did not overflow.on 12/17/00 the oil light came on again at 65 mph on s/b 15 fwy.on 12/19/00 car went to high desert kia where they found nothing worng with oil light. But they replaced a exhaust sensor sliencer and center pipe was replaced.on 12/20/00, i drove to work and loma linda with no problem.on my return from loma linda the oil light came back on.i pulled over checked the oil and added one quart to make sure.oil light remained on.drove to the 215 fwy and the car started to skip (jolt).this was at about 70 miles per hour.as i went down the fwy it became more profound.i pulled over and called tow service.strong burning smell coming from vehicle.bosh kia presntly has vehicle.they still claim there is nothing wrong with this vehicle.

The mold in the car has caused two people to get sick . We have told kia of the problemand they have not done anything for us. The car has been test for toxicity mold. I went out the next morning, started car pulled from yard/engine check light came on, backed into yard, checked oil noted none in v1( dealer states otherwise) kia road side assistance was called on that sunday evening, 11/28/1999/ v1 via tow taken to gatorland toyota. I have had to have a power steering, rack and pinion, 4 sets of brakes going on 5.i have had to have my tires rotated more times than necessary.the brakes makes a grinding, rattling noise when i try to stop.when i press on the brakes it doesn't stop quickly.the gaskets around the door ifs falling off.the radio will shut off for no reason.the heater works when it's hot outside. Headlight housing has severe discoloration after only a little over 4.5 years of use.purchased the vehicle new and have had no accidents.both side markers right next of the headlight housings are as clear as glass, however, the headlight has turned very dingy, dull yellow to the point where it is very hard to see at night.upon discussing it with kia, they stated that the vehicle is out of warranty and that there was no other reported cases of this happening.i have spoken to the service manager where i get my vehicle serviced and had the headlights looked at stated likewise that kia knows that there is a problem, but will not do anything about it if the vehicle is out of warranty which it is because at the time of purchase there was only a 5/50 warranty.the price of the parts nearly $400.00 which i believe should not be charged to me since there is a clear defect in the headlight housing that is causing the discoloration to occur in such short time of ownership.this is a major safety issue that requires to be addressed by kia.

At one timeengine check engine light went on, it was the fuel injection, then i had the brake pads replaced, not even two months later i had to get them replaced again, thats including the drums, that was because it would vibrate and when releasing the brake it would make a pop sound.after 8 months of having the vehicle the battery went dead one day i had the car towed to the dealership.the car smells like smoke.i had it check because it shifts hard and it hesitates all the time, they told me it was okay.

The locks freeze up in cold temps, enough to twist and bend my key. Even trying to force it open from the inside does not work. I almost broke my thumb trying to force it open unless you put a heater in the car for a long time.

In normally opening the driver's side door from the inside in cold weather, the plastic door handle broke became inoperative.the only way to open the door was by rolling down the window and operating the door using the outside door handle.obviously this is a safety problem if the car needs to be exited quickly.

Transmission failure.
Over the course of the previous few months, prior to the incident,i noticed that the 2000 kia sephia with 80000 miles began to have a hard time with the shifter. It became increasingly more difficult to get the car to shift from park to drive. It continually felt like the shifter was stuck. I ended up having the car towed via flatbed because the car refused to start. After getting it to a mechanic i was told that the transmission had failed, however, being the car only had 83000 miles i sought a second opinion. After contacting the dealer and describing the problem to one of the mechanics (who will not be named), i was told this is a common problem with this make and model kia. That the seal is faulty in the transmission casing and after a period of time dirt and/or water leaks into the linkage causing it to not shift. The way to correct is to either replace the transmission or to have the linkage redone and re-lubricated for proper operation. A third opinion revealed the same information. A kill switch does not allow the car to start unless the car is in park or neutral. So once the automatic transmission was manually shifted into park the car started immediately. It was indicated this problem is common and will more than likely re-occur but that the "treatment" should hold for at least a year. After $485.00 in repairs not including the tow the transmission is beginning to act up again. I don't want this happening to other people and wanted to make sure that this complaint is lodged and urge that transmission issue records be seized because it seems to be a pretty common knowledge thing among mechanics that this happens on this make and model kia sephia.the seals had to be repaired and the linkage properly lubricated to correct the issue. However, reading the kia website for information about transmissions this is supposed to be a non-serviceable area and the dealer is supposed to replace the transmission to the tune of $1800.00 plus labor and taxes.

The windshield was leaking.it has since been repaired. Sometimes the car wont crank after sitting for a while it will crank.the engine light comes on.the glove box fell apart.i have computer problems and wiring problems.thegears arehard to put in reverse and then when it finally pops into gear it makes a loudpopping sound.it slow to put in drive and then it will take off real fast almost making you run into something.

He took my car to his professor who is a.s.e. Certified and he was told that the axles most likely went out due to the vibration of the rotors. When vehicle is in reverse it does not move, only after pressing the accelerator lightly it slams into gear throwing the vehicle backwards, vehicle gets stuck in first gear at 30 mph when the air condition is in, and does not exceed this unless the accelerator is pushed to the floor, at which point the vehicle shifts an extremly hard shift into second gear, the transmission has been replaced three times including the upper transmission case seal, however consumer is still experiencing problems.

I was involved in a very minor motor vehicle accident, where a girl hit my car from behind (the force was equal to that of taking your foot off the clutch when the car is in gear).after this accident, my seatbelt no longer functions properly...it does not latch all the time - this means i have to reinsert my seatbelt a couple times to get it to click or i can pull it out without pushing the button.i was informed that the latch recall does not pertain to the 2000 models of the sephia so i would have to pay to have it replaced.waiting on that recall...............

I own a 3 year old kia sephia. It was purchased as a used car from garden grove kia in ca. I bring to kia for all recommended regular maitenance. The last major checkup (30k miles) was less 6000 miles ago. Today, while fastening my seatbelt, the screw fixing the bottom part of seat belt to the car frame popped out of the frame. As only minimum force was needed for this to happen (fastening the seatbelt), this problem probably already persisted for month or even since the car was manufactured. If this would have happend in an accident situation, i would be dead now. This is a fairly new car and i take good care of it (following the manufacturer recommended maintenance schedule). Such utter failure of crucial security equipment is absolutely inacceptable. Please investigate.

Purchased vehicle approximately 10 days before accident and noticed immediately that the brakes were "mushy" and stopping distance seemed unusual.individual selling vehicle (not dealer) stated that this was normal for the vehicle.it was hard for me to be certain sinced my previous vehicle is known for very touchy brakes and i thought it might just be an adjustment period.however, i am a careful and patient driver and in 20 years of driving have had only 4 speeding tickets and zero accidents until i drove this car.after approximately9-10 days the check engine light came on.i was traveling at approx. 15 mph in heavy traffic with about one car length between myself and the pickup in front of me.the pickup driver slammed her brakes and i slammed mine only to have them go all the way to the floor and provide no resistance.i hit the pickup hard enough to severely bruise my arm on the steering wheel and cause several days of back and neck pain.some of this might have also been avoided if the airbags had deployed, but even though this crash was a full frontal accident they did not.after i left the vehicle, another small car hit the back of my vehicle and severely damaged the rear of my vehicle and the front of hers.her airbags deployed immediately and she sustained zero injuries.my car had only 58,000 miles on it and the tires were nearly new, so it appears to me that i had both brake and airbag failure resulting in the loss of my vehicle and personal injury as well as damage to the vehicles of the other two drivers.since my vehicle was not financed, it had liability insurance only.i have noticed multiple complaints on this site regarding both brake and airbag failures in the kia sephia, yet i found no recalls for these items by kia.

Replaced the rear brake shoes ,because of a noise when the brakes were applied. Whenthe brake drum was removed the on the right side the brake lining fell on the floor. It had separated from the brake shoe. The brake drum showed no sign of over heating such as if theemergency brake was left on.(,checking)all the shoes appear to be failing. .the vehicle has front disc and has 64000 miles on it . Regular driving causing brakes on 2000 kia sephia to require constant maintenance on the front rotors and pads. At varied intervals, the brakes would begin to start vibrating when applied, especially on the highway at high speeds (60 mph) and going down hills. There has been no accidents but many close calls. This is a very dangerous safety hazard. There is clearly a flaw in the braking system, that kia obviously will not acknowledge. As a matter of fact, i have to replace the rotors this week because they have been shaved down so much. Five times in 2 years, and i won't even drive the car for months at a time. Mostly because of this reason.

Brake pedal depress when coimg into drive, all the way dwn unable to stop in timely manor, barrier in front driveway.v1 pads replaced/ tech stated rotors resurfed, brakes still low, problem with brakes started when a v2 came thru and intersection i had to slam my brakes and from that time brakes went dwn hill.( still rattles) > v1 traveling aprox 75 mph on i-75, heard a thumping on roof of v1, pulled over / saw rubber molding hanging from top/drivers side, then it slid dwn glass, tried to secure back on/ flew off again, shop advised on that same evening, they advised./ not helpful at all> i was leaving for my vacation when this incident occured and have to alter my plans once again for this stupid car. Gatorland after having my car all day called to say they would have to order the part, and i would have to take it in and leave it allllllllll day, once again, inconvience to me.

I bought my 2000 kia sephia around september of 1999. I had a new set of brakes and rotors at 2000 miles, again at 11000 miles, 20000, needless to say i have had about 6 sets of brakes and four sets of rotors. Not to mention calipers a couple of times. I tried to declare the lemon law on this piece of work but, the dealers would not listen. I did make a formal complaint prior. After all i have been thru i am so sick i have all but, given up... My brakes now, overheat and smell, the pedal goes all the way to the floor, if i had to actually stop without warning i wouldn't be able to . I have resorted to down shifting in sudden instances.the noise is unbearable not to mention embarrassing. I have taken it to several mechanics, and no one can seem to fix it. Sephia kia dash board ....warranty,is only 36,000 milesthe seams are torn out on the dash board in front of the mileage odometer and making me sick,the dashboard on the passenger side is buffed up with the air vent buffered up toward the window, keeping me from getting any air. Ihave taken the car too dr.vinlyn.. The only person that fixes dash boards in my state, and to an upholstery shop, neither one would fix it..they state, kia manufacturer is not making the dashboards the same and there only made out ofplastic now, no use in fixing it, might as well buy a new dashboard, cause kia doesn't make great dashboards for cars any longer, and the dashboards are only plastic.. I was also told, a lot of kia's cars have been buffered up, and nothing but plastic. Right front (passenger) door will not open.door latch will not unlock.first time it happened, i had to cut a hole in the inside door panel to access the interior of the door.the lock mechanism was rusted due to a poorly designed window seal that drains into the interior of the door--right onto the lock.this is dangerous-- many complaints about this on bulletin boards all over the net.there is a tsb (625894) that deals with latches, but i have not checked it yet with the dealer.i understand kia has some cover or something that shields the lock.perhaps the tsb is for the shield.

The contact owns a 2000 kia sephia. When the temperature dropped below 25 degrees none of the doors latches function properly and its difficult to close the door. The failure mileage was 25000 and the current mileage was 41000. Updated 03/01/10the consumer stated when temperature dropped, the door locks did not latch. I have a 2000 kia sephia and the vents started to crack. Now the whole dashboard is curling up to where the vents won't even work. It is a safety issue because the defroster will not work because of the deformation of the dash. And with this car just being 6 years old when it happened i believe it should be recalled. It may cause me to wreck from not being able to clear the fog off of the window. Every kia sephia that i have seen has this problem now. Which is a very serious problem with a car that is not even 10 years old.

I called coral springs kia several times and i am being told that because i live in florida the problem is to be expected. This is a blatant lie. On monday 9/25 i called kia customer service and spoke to john at extension 4635. He told me he would contact the dealership and someone would call me. I received a call from the service department and they offered to supply the parts but not the labor to fix the problems. This is not acceptable. If they agree to supply the parts then they knew or know this make a model is having problems. I would like to know if you can advise my next course of action.

Oil light came on.checked oil on 12/16/2000 & put in four quarts.vehicle did not overflow.on 12/17/00 the oil light came on again at 65 mph on s/b 15 fwy.on 12/19/00 car went to high desert kia where they found nothing worng with oil light. But they replaced a exhaust sensor sliencer and center pipe was replaced.on 12/20/00, i drove to work and loma linda with no problem.on my return from loma linda the oil light came back on.i pulled over checked the oil and added one quart to make sure.oil light remained on.drove to the 215 fwy and the car started to skip (jolt).this was at about 70 miles per hour.as i went down the fwy it became more profound.i pulled over and called tow service.strong burning smell coming from vehicle.bosh kia presntly has vehicle.they still claim there is nothing wrong with this vehicle.

This is to protest the kia advertisment showing 2 women in road rage in a parking lot.have written to cbs and kia.request removal of this ad.it promotes violence and road rage and there is far too much already.i hope that this issue gets addressed.no safety defect listed in summary.

My kia sephia was purchased in 2000 and at approximated 32,000 miles the paint on the car is peeling and faded as well as the entire dashboard has lifted and is raised. I see the sameproblems withother sephia's when i am in parking lots or on the road. I called coral springs kia several times and i am being told that because i live in florida the problem is to be expected. This is a blatant lie. On monday 9/25 i called kia customer service and spoke to john at extension 4635. He told me he would contact the dealership and someone would call me. I received a call from the service department and they offered to supply the parts but not the labor to fix the problems. This is not acceptable. If they agree to supply the parts then they knew or know this make a model is having problems. I would like to know if you can advise my next course of action.
Engine fan would intermittently shut off and on.engine check light wouldcome on/ off intermittently. Also,problem withbrakes failing to stop vehicle properly. Dashboard warped and broke the defroster vent. Safety has been greatly compromised because air is no longer able to be directed towards the windshield during defogging/defrosting.
Engine light came on, car began to idle really high then really low and would stall.thermostat was replaced only a week later after the dealership supposely called korea.
The brakes have numerous problems with this car since purcahsed. Resulting infrequent repair, inconvenience, safety concerns and other problems.was told today by a brake specialist that the reason why the front brakes keep wearing fast is that the rear brakes do not work.nlm
At one timeengine check engine light went on, it was the fuel injection, then i had the brake pads replaced, not even two months later i had to get them replaced again, thats including the drums, that was because it would vibrate and when releasing the brake it would make a pop sound.after 8 months of having the vehicle the battery went dead one day i had the car towed to the dealership.the car smells like smoke.i had it check because it shifts hard and it hesitates all the time, they told me it was okay.

When royal sold us the car no information was given to us that the car has 5 problems,with it.on the window was a sign saying it had cruise control it doesn't.also the finance company that is the holder has been really unprofessional.i had the car for only 4months had insurance they kept telling me i didn't,they send a man out to check for the third time.i went to my car to give him the information,he called the office of a.b.c. Finance to let them know i had insurance, starting joking with someone on the other line saying i had a knife to his throat.there was truth to that latter he returned to the office where he had learned the police were called to my home. Police knocked on my door with guns drawed ready to shoot. I was sitting with my daughter when they told us to keep our hands up,don't move. I'm on medication for depression so that didn't help matters at all.

I have had to have a power steering, rack and pinion, 4 sets of brakes going on 5.i have had to have my tires rotated more times than necessary.the brakes makes a grinding, rattling noise when i try to stop.when i press on the brakes it doesn't stop quickly.the gaskets around the door ifs falling off.the radio will shut off for no reason.the heater works when it's hot outside. The windshield was leaking.it has since been repaired. Sometimes the car wont crank after sitting for a while it will crank.the engine light comes on.the glove box fell apart.i have computer problems and wiring problems.thegears arehard to put in reverse and then when it finally pops into gear it makes a loudpopping sound.it slow to put in drive and then it will take off real fast almost making you run into something.

When starting up the vehicle in the morning or anytime when the weather is cold the defroster doesn't defrost the side windows.contacted the dealer was told that a part had to be added to the defroster.this will take two or three weeks before receiving the part.the door lock mechanism will notcatch when closing the door on the driver and passenger side in cold weather, and once it is closed, then it will not unlock or open the door.
The misaligned selector cable for the front windshield defogger makes more fog than it clears.nlm

Nothing but problems since purchase. Windshield separated from frame, molding fell off 4 times during first 4 months of purchase alternator replaced twice. Battery replaced after only having vehicle 2 months. Air condition (a/c) fuse blew twice fan fuse blew once causing vehicle to overheat. Back doors stick shut. Back doors hinges rusted and bent causing squeaking and not completely to shut. Trans shifts hard and sometimes sticks. Engine light and overdrive light blinked trans was shifted by itself. Had trans flushed seemsto be ok. Car shakes at high speeds. Tape player makes funny noises if used for long time.gas mileage has been poor since car was purchased. Molding turned white. Car has had fuel filter replaced twice. Fuel sensor in tank replaced three times.*la
Windshield wipers along with other saftey features on the vehicle are not functioning properly. Door locks become jammed from the inside and outside, and the signal lights are not visible from the outside ofvehicle.please give any further details.
