Purchased the unit in july 2004, everything has gone down hill from there.leaks in both rear and side slide.side slide fixed still leaks.low wheel well clearance.due to possible structural instability, issue with the zeppelin are not functioning properly.tanks do not drain properly, electrical problems.walls bowing.lost weight distribution bar on right side of hitch, facing front of the unit.possibly due to too much weight on one side, unit was pretty much empty upon return to dealer.rear slide seems to be to large for the area, leaving dents in the window treatment.took several trips, and everytime we would clean up there would be screws laying all over the floor near and around the rear slideout, as if it were coming apart.the bathroom door did not close properly, windows were hard to open, the wall next to the bathroom door seemed bowed, possible mold problems, recessed lighting on tv area on floor never worked, spot light over tv worked occasionally, the awning has never rolled up right, the pipe or drain pip came off the kitchen sink.

We purchased a new springdale rv in 2004 that had a dometic refrigerator. In the summer of 2007 our fridge started leaking a yellow residue, smelled of ammonia and would not cool properly. We had to replace the cooling unit at our local rv dealership.recently we received a product recall on these refrigerators as there was a fire hazard.we completed all the forms and submitted our paid receipt for the repairs.we were informed that nothing could be done as we had already replaced the cooling unit and the recall would only install a safety shield to contain the fire in the event of a 'fatigue crack' occurring. After numerous telephone conversations with the customer support line i have found your email address on one of the forms and was hoping you could offer some assistance.

Plumbing leaks, flooding, mold growing inside cabinet finish (health hazard to my children)been in service many times, now dealership and manufacturer are refusing to help with the situation.

The first night we brought our new camper home, we noticed water on the floor from both slides. On our first trip with some rain, we had soaked carpets & a lifting kitchen floor. Through research on the internet we have found that a large number of zepplin owners, got water damage the first time it rained with their slides open. The dealer couldn't get us in to look at it until next week. I feel that this is something that needs to be looked into due to the large number of people i have found with the same problem. Our model is the z301 but through the reasearch we have found people with all the zepplin models leaking.

The contact owns a 2004 keystone zeppelin. While the vehicle was being renovated, the linoleum was removed and the contact discovered that the support brackets located underneath the slide out and in the floor were fractured. The contact stated that the floor brackets were installed every four feet. An independent mechanic inspected the rv and diagnosed that the trailer was unsafe to pull and was unrepairable. The trailer was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unavailable.

Purchased a zeppelin z301 on a tuesday had an issue arise on thrusday. Was told to keep the unit and create a list.the unit had frame support issues being out of level widthwise 1/2 inch per foot sagging.from this main issue was th start of my 26 line item list.

Structural damage: the frame is not sufficient to handle the trailer. This caused tons of other problems, walls cracking, water in trailer, tanks not emptying properly.

The tires of my travel trailer rub against the top of the wheel well because of the lack of adequate clearance. This is a systemic problem with the earlier versions of this travel trailer, the keystone zeppelin z301. There is only about 1" of clearance between the tire and wheel well where there should be 3" to 4". The manufacturer seems to be aware of the problem but has made no effort to notify the owners of the affected trailers. This could be catastrophic should the rubbing puncture a tire at high speed.
