The vehicle was not taken to a local dealer nor an independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The contact changed the tire and the vehicle was repaired. The contact was relating the failure to nhtsa campaign number: 16v322000 (tires). The manufacturer had been informed of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle was not included in the recall. The failure mileage was unknown.
