The contact owns a 2002 keystone springdale.the contact received a recall notice on february 3, 2008 for the dometic refrigerator.he called the dealer the same day and was informed to get an estimate and call them back.the contact received an estimate and called the dealer back.since that time, the dealer has been notified three times and stated that the situation would be resolved.the refrigerator still has not been repaired.there had been no failure to date.
Hot water tank burned up because of lack of water, dealer replaced water tank. Water tank is located under the beds.windows on trailer will not close.please provide any further information.
-the contact has a keystone springdale camper and the siding pulledaway from the frame whiledriving at 50 mph..the contact tookthe camper to the dealer, and the manufacturer told them that it had a 12 year structure warranty,and thisvehicle wasnot included.
The contact owns a 2002 keystone springdale trailer. The contact was driving approximately 60 mph and the rear driver side tire exploded. The vehicle was driven to the side of the road. The tire was replaced with a spare tire. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where they stated the slide bar under the vehicle was positioned extremely close to the tire. The vehicle had not been repaired when the complaint was filed. The failure mileage was unavailable.
