The contact owns a 2012 keystone raptor coy hauler rv. The contact stated that while moving the trailer, the underbelly detached. The vehicle was then taken to an authorized dealer where they fastened the underbelly on tightly. The contact stated that the underbelly was not repaired correctly. The contact also stated that the slide out was loose and was flapping on the side of the camper that caused a distraction to others on the highway. The vehicle was repaired but the failure was not corrected. The failure mileage was unknown. The vin was not available.
