The contact owns a 2007 keystone raptor. While driving at various speeds, a passenger side tire became flat. The exact location of the tire was unknown. On another occasion, the contact stated that the tire wobbled and appeared to be out of round. The failure occurred on several occasions. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that there were holes in the rims. As a result, the rims needed to be replaced with steel rims. The rims were replaced with steel rims; however, there were four rims still on the vehicle which were aluminum. The mechanic mentioned that the aluminum rims experienced holes which were causing the tires to puncture. The contact was concerned that the failure would occur on the original rims. In addition, the contact stated that the rear door was corroded and rusted. An independent mechanic confirmed that the rear door was corroded and rusted and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failures. The failure mileage was unknown.
