The contact owns a 2013 keystone montana being hauled by a 2013 dodge ram 3500. The contact stated that there was an internal electrical short associated with the wiring underneath the bed in the trailer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The contact was waiting for a response from the dealer and the manufacturer to remedy the failure. The vin was invalid. The failure mileage was unknown.
This is a 2 bath unit--f bath has a flush system for the toilet--the mid bath does not have a flush system--so the waste is not able to be flushed out--called keystone and was told they tried to put a flush system in but it did not work-- so why don't i go out and buy a hose and put it down the toilet---i paid $94,000.00 for this--it is unsanitary and i feel that keystone not me should fix this problem. There are other 3900fb's out there that also need this fixed.
The emergency exit window at the rear of the rv is blocked by the ladder.the window will not open enough to permit exit and under an emergency (fire) condition.

Traveling i10 just outside san antonio tx pulling my 39 foot keystone montana i experienced a tire blowout (goodyear tire). The blowout did major damage to my wheel well, metal on side of 5th wheel. Cost to repair is $7,200.00. Tires have less than 2000 miles on them. I am going to remove them and replace with michelin xps rib
