Dt: rv, 5th wheel cougar made by keystone rv company in goshen had a problem with the frame. While driving the i-beam frames were buckled inward. There was an advisory service bulletin #00-9 on this issue.but the consumerwas never notified by keystone or the dealer. The dealer hasinsistedthat vehicle could not be drivendue to cracks.the consumerhad to buy a new trailer.the shackles attaching the leaf springs to the main frame were cracked/broken and separating from the frame.the consumer's insurance company deemed the trailer a total loss and paid the consumer $14,756.00, the cost of a used trailer.
