Keystone bullet travel trailer. Consumer writes in regards to safety recall 16v-600. *ldthe consumer was unable to get in contact with a dealer to have the vehicle repaired. The manufacturer was notified and suggested another dealer, that also did not return the consumer's phone call.
The contact owns a 2016 keystone bullet. The contact stated that the floorboards were rotting due to water damage. The contact called terrytown rv superstore (7145 division ave s, grand rapids, mi 49548; (616) 455-5590) and notified the dealer of the failure. The rv had not been diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure.
Floor is buckling, could lead to foot going through floor.
