The deadbolt lock on the door of the trailer would not unlock. We had to climb trough the emergency window, but the lock would not turn from the inside either so we had to unscrew and remove the door handle. Then remove the deadbolt so we could use the door. The second incident that happened was on 7/5/2015. When we returned home from our trip while washing the camper we noticed the axle spring shackle was hanging down. Upon inspection we realized that the bolt was missing and at some point must have snapped off the vehicle while we were towing it. Luckily we did not crash. The passenger side suspension was sitting on the frame of the trailer.
