The contact owns a 2015 (na) keystone alpine rv. The contact stated that the rv electrical system was defective. The contact noticed that the outlets failed to provide electrical power and the hot water system did not provide heated water. An rv technician inspected the power outlets and was able to correct the wires; however, the hot water system was not repaired and the wall needed to be removed to locate the defective wires. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 50,000.
