The contact owns a 2017 kenworth t680. While driving various speeds uphill, the vehicle lost power when the accelerator pedal was depressed. The contact stated that the accelerator pedal had to be depressed to the floorboard in order for the vehicle to accelerate. The failure recurred numerous times. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to many dealers and independent mechanics, but the failure could not be duplicated. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 117,000.
