Left rear brake chamber broken at mounting studs and s-cam broken.dealer welded up mount on s-cam and installed new brake chamber.
On two of are 2006 t2000 kenoworth semis, the s-cam tube broke under stress of normal braking. Causing the trucks to lose there braking power to that tire.these trucks had around 400,000 miles on them. This kind of repair is rare this early in the trucks life, and is possibly dangerous if it happens at the wrong time.
Right rear brake chamber was leaking. Took to dealer. Found internal rod end broken off. They replaced brake chamber.
Parking brakes were not working. Took to dealer. They replaced both s cam brackets and both brake chambers.
Dot scale in ca discovered both brake chambers on rear axle were broken.truck was put out of service until repairs were made at the scale.both chambers were replaced.had this not been discovered a serious accident could've happened.
Brake chamber missing a bolt and bent push rod. Took to dealer - pounded bracket straight and replaced brake chamber.
Right rear brake chamber cracked. Took to dealer and they replaced.
