Motorcycle randomly swerves towards left, under interstate driving conditions (55 - 65 mph), on days with no side wind or cross wind. I called and checked known defects with manufacturer & dealer - none reported. Dealer (sunrise cycle norfolk va) checked bike - found rear axle misaligned. Dealer corrected alignment - bike still has issue. Dealer states i can trade motorcycle (still new) for a $4,200.00 loss, or place on consignment for a several thousand dollar loss. Manufacturer area representative (kawasaki) will not return call. As of right now i am limited to riding motorcycle (primary work transportation) on sideroads to work, under 45 mph. No one (dealer or manufacturer) cares about my safety - they just care about their bottom dollar.
