When starting motorcycle gasolinepoured, causing fire hazard. Dealer has replaced carburetor once, but defect has reoccurred. *mjs

Had emergency stop. Could not downshift. Had to brake. Would not go into 1st gear. Had to let clutch out, stop/stall cycle & then restarted it & then shifted into 1st gear. Has not taken to dealership yet.
Brakes are not working properly.
Motorcycle took off while in nuetral without warning. This has happened twice. Dealer cant duplicate the problem.
