While traveling at highway speed at 45-50 mph commenced to apply brakes and they released,causingbrakes to lock up. Driver was thrownoff,and sustained head and knee injuries.driver / manufacturer were not contacted at this time.

While traveling a screw on the chain slider came loose, causing chain slider to be caught between the chain and the front spocket which resulted inrear tires locking up. No injury was received. Dealer notified, and accepted no responsibility. Feel free to provide any further details.
While driving motorcycle in first gearit was changing into second gear when motorcyclesuddenly accelerated at a high rate of speed, as high as 90 mph, causingdriver to crash into a fence,and resulting in injuries to driver. Consumer has contacteddealer. The dealer has done all the necessary repair.
