The motorcycle neutral light indicator was on, thinking it was in neural, i got off the bike and it was still in gear. The second was it would pop in and out of gear. I went to downshift and it went from 5th gear to second gear throwing me into oncoming traffic. I was hit by a truck crushing my right leg resulting in below knee amputation, broken pelvis, broken wrist and fracturing 3 vertebrae.
