I bought a 2011 kawasaki vulcan 1700 classic 03/07/12 brand new. First stalling incident was in june of 2012 but thought it had to do with oil change i did that very day. Fwd to 05/29/2013 (stalled 2x's) while on 2 lane highway & 06/03/2013 and it has stalled on me 4 times this evening. Once on the highway other coming off highway, other 2 at traffic lights when light turns green and i start to take off. Did an oil change tonight after 3rd stall and thought all would be good but it still stalled at a traffic light for the 4th time. Kawasaki did have a recall for 09-10 models, but nothing for the 2011's. I know it is the ecu. Cruiser only has under 6000 miles and is in pristine condition (never saw rain) always garaged kept and covered under cover in garage.
