There has been a recall since january 2014 for a recall of a fastec lock for certain rv locks.we received a letter stating that our jayco is affected by this recall and call wesco fastec for a replacement cylinder.we have been calling monthly to get our replacement, and always promised to get it in 7 to 10 days. But as of july 6th 2015 call we stated we have still have not received the lock as promised. Again todays call they promised it would be in the mail in 7 to 10 days.we have our rv sitting in our yard and cannot use it until we get a replacement lock.our rv dealer has also had a lot of trouble getting replacement locks for their customers.
