The contact owns a 2014 jayco seismic rv. The contact stated that upon inspection, it was discovered that all four tires were worn and damaged. The contact indicated that the new tires and rims were recently installed on to the trailer. The rv was taken to grisham industries inc located at 13629 110th ave. Davenport ia 52804, who diagnosed that the cause of the failures were due to a damaged and cracked central beam suspension. The rv was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The contact indicated that the failure occurred after the axle was repaired under nhtsa campaign number: 20v091000 (suspension) the failure mileage was 500.
