The contact owns a 2014 jayco melbourne class c. While driving at various speeds, the contact noticed a bump on the floor where the rear axle was located. Upon further inspection, the contact noticed that the spring underneath the vehicle was pushing against the subframe where the rear axle was located, causing the bump. The vehicle was taken back to the manufacturer multiple times and multiple parts were replaced; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 8,000.
