The contact owns a 2015 jayco jay series 1001 xr. The contact stated that the vehicle was a prop-up camper with an electric motor. When the top was completely raised, it collapsed. The mechanism bolt that raised the roof had been stripped. The manufacturer was contacted and promised a call back; however, they had not called back. The manufacturer claimed that they were busy with many call back issues. Camping world of mesquite (2764 i-30, mesquite, tx 75150, (469) 917-0364) advised the contact to call the jayco manufacturer directly.
