I have now contacted manteca trailer 4 times. Each time they told me they would "look up my account and get back to you". I have yet to hear back and i am extremely frustrated. The recall is for led lights that may catch fire so we do not feel safe using the trailer. I paid 27,000 dollars for something i can't use. Please help.

The contact owns a 2017 jayco jay flight travel trailer. The contact stated that the axle hangers were misaligned when the rv was manufactured. As a result, the vehicle would not move in a straight path while being hauled. The manufacturer was contacted and referred the contact to lebanon rv center (443 tott st, lebanon, tn 37087, (615) 784-4334) to have the rv repaired. The rv was repaired; however, approximately one year later while driving 55-60 mph, the front driver's side wheel on the rv separated from the axle. Additionally, the lug nuts seemed to have been sheared off of the wheel hub. The manufacturer supplied the replacement wheel and tires for the rv. Approximately two weeks later, the front wheels on the rv separated from the wheel hub with three of the lug nuts sheared off as before. The wheel separation from the wheel hub was experienced a third time. The manufacturer was informed of the failures. The approximate failure mileage was 2,000.
