Re: recall of deadbolt lock cylinder #hf335 - received notice dated january 31, 2014.filled out online form per instructions on february 21, 2014. No response. On april 2, 2014, called fastec industrial at 800-837-2505, and per [xxx] i should expect it in 5-6 weeks as they are behind on the orders. No response. Called on august 29, 2014, machine answered, no opportunity to leave a message. Called again on september 15, 2014, and the message said the mailbox was full and i was unable to leave a message.would like this resolved soon.
