Vehicle wasbeing driven into a small drive in restaurant and car was almost stoppedwhen the acceleratorpulled itself to the floor as if the cruise control had taken over and the car instantly ran across a driveway and into the side of a building which was approximately a distance of about 15 feet. The vehicle engine had been running a little fast at idle and had been to palmetto jaguar at 1634 savannah hwy.charleston,sc 29407 approx. 2 weeks before this incident and they had indicated that there had been some problems and that the mfg. Had sent out anotice to do a reprogramof thecarburation systemand this was accomplished at that time. This did notcorrect the problem.
